Midtown saved my bacon today. Had a starter go out today. I needed it repaired in an expedited manner. Boy did they knock it out of the parked. Diagnosed and repaired the same day. So appreciative of their help today. I am a for life.

The BEST place to take all my vehicles to for general maintenance, repairs, and modifications . The owner and staff are honest, upfront about expectations on length of service and price. Listen if your not bringing your own parts (all needed) then you may have to wait on the vendor to get them to the shop. No shop will order parts and keep them for you just hoping you show up when you say you will. Even if you prepay for them, they aren’t a warehouse (they are not in the business of storing parts for someone else that may or may not show up) I have never had an issue with getting my daily driver in and back same day. The workmanship always done on my truck is second to none. Yes I have to wait about a week to get it back, but that is expected and communicated upfront (especially with custom work). All in all this is a great shop and i would highly recommend them.

I have done business with Chris and his team on several occasions, and they always exceed expectations. If you are wanting a high level of service and fair pricing...definitely give Midtown a call.

They go above and beyond when it comes to getting service. I had set an appointment and the technician I talked to on the phone gave me the wrong information 1. It will take 45 mins (actual time 4 hours) 2. Didn't tell me to have my gas tank near empty (I used common sense and seeing as the work I was getting had to do with my gas tank I didn't fill it up). When I get there I give them my info for the appointment, and was asked if I was told any of that, told them the info I was given they apologized and said that tech had issues and is no longer working there. They offered to give me a ride home and pick me up when it was ready, so me and my 3 yo wouldn't be stuck there waiting. Really great place!!!

I am above impressed with the honesty and integrity of this place. Chris called me to tell me he couldn’t find a need for my breaks to be replaced. In his words take people’s hard earned cash for something they don’t need. I will continue to come here and refer all my friends here.

They worked diligently to resolve the issue with my truck. The parts were not readily available. But the used every resource to acquire them. I appreciate all their effort.

Not only did these guys do a great and timely job on the repairs but they went above and beyond for us. We’re from out of town and our oil pump blew outside of Sapulpa in late December. Fortunately they were able to take us in and get us back on the road in a couple days despite their busy schedule. We cannot thank them enough for their generosity and quality work!

Love this place. Prices are the best I've ever seen in the world of mechanics. I wish I didn't have to make appointments a few weeks in advance but that's worth it to have great, honest mechanics. They walk you through everything involved, itemize you're receipt and are quite personable. Very down home folks.

I had my truck in two different shops. The first one i walked out with a 3,000.00 bill and it still running horrible. Took it to another shop and was told it needed a 2,000.00 Computer but couldn't provide me with a test result on why I needed it so had to pay a diagnostic fee before i could have it back.
I began asking other mechanics and auto repair places around and they all recommended Chris at Midtown for diesel. I took it in and after two days I was told the camshaft and cranksgaft sensors aren't talking so we would begin with the the cheaper sensor. That sensor didn't fix the issue so the other sensor was ordered and was allowed to pick up my truck untill the part made it in. I dropped it back off two weeks later on a Monday unannounced with no appointment and was worked into the schedule. Needless to say by 3pm i received a call stating my truck was ready for pick up and it ran great. Still skeptical from past experiences I wasn't sure if it would truly be fixed. That was 500 miles ago and no issue sense! Total bill? $530.00! PAID HAPPILY FOR A GREAT RUNNING TRUCK! Won't be going anywhere else for now on!
