McDonald's

Literally the first McDonald's I came across in tulsa. That was both fast and efficient, fries was freshly made and burger were hot as if fresh off the grill. Unlike others where you food is either half way cold or already cook and not so fresh.

Ther is a young man working the front named Merritt! That man deserves a pay raise forsure! The reatbof the staff was great as well, he just rly stood out! You don't see that many younger ones with that amount of respect and work ethic!

Seems like they got it together, finally lol!!! Way to go yall!!!

The person who brought me my food was great!

It was a very busy day today and I could tell everyone was stressed out. It did take longer than I hoped to get our food and other people who ordered after us got their food first but I was patient because of everything being so hectic. But all in all it was good service. I did call to ask how long it was going to take and even though it was stressful and busy they answered pretty quick and was very friendly. I definitely appreciate good service under stressful situations. The only real down side was our hamburgers weren't hot they were just simi-warm, they felt like they might've been sitting while the nuggets and fries were being made, but the rest of the food was hot.

The are doing great with orders being correct as well as having fast and friendly service

Besides a few orders about 6 or 8 months ago.... Can't complain... They seem pretty efficient. They look like they're working their tails off in there whenever I doordash and I've only missed one thing from my order recently. The manager was happy to make it right. 👍👍👍

Sapulpa McDonald's night manager is very very nice. We went through the drive thru and got home with our food and a few items were missing. So I called and spoke to the manager and let him know the issue and he offered to replace my complete order and even deliver it himself. So we gladly accepted. That was super sweet and very nice of you. Awesome customer service. Thank you very much.

This location is a hit or miss really but no matter what kind of food or drink I’m getting Sherry & Shauna really know how to make a customer happy.. I come back because of these girls.. love them

The service was amazing. I just found out they have an indoor play area. So I brought my 1 year old son around 6ish to burn some energy before bed. I brought him in and we immediately went to the play area and I made an online order through the app on my phone. The place was pretty slow inside at least, I guess because it was a Sunday evening. So, without even selecting the table service option ( I thought I'd just listen for my number), they still brought our order to a table near us, as we were playing. We continued to eat and play for well over an hour after that. So then I was going to change him before we left. So I get his new diaper and go to the restroom and find some liquid sitting in the changing table. I went to notify the staff that it was there, and clarify we didn't do it lol Then they told me they were aware it was a leak in the ceiling and they were in the process of getting someone to come fix it. Then see the new diaper and wipes in my hand and immediately volunteer to clear out the men's room and clean the changing table in there for us to use without me asking, or really even expecting a solution right then and there. So not only do they have changing tables in BOTH bathrooms, the guy working tonight that did all that is a rockstar. I've never had such a pleasant experience at a McDonald's before.

I went with twin boys and two young girls, and I must admit the play area rocks!

Drive thru was fast. Food was hot and fresh. Management changed recently and it’s so much better now. That Jeff manager is the friendliest guy I’ve met and there’s another worker Anyse (?) that was amazing and took care of me and my friend so we’ll. Keep up the great work!

This is the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. They even have fresh cut flower's on the table and decorate for the different holidays.

Always speedy service, great prices, delicious food with nothing ever missing from our order.

Went inside to order my family's dinner to go. There was a very rude and loud customer making a scene and the staff handled him courteously and respectfully even though the guy was a jackass. After he was done with his scene they took our order and were unphasedby the rude jackass and courteous when taking my order. My order was prepared hot and fresh in a very professional manner, despite having a drive thru line wrapped around the building. This place doesn't get enough credit for the work they do. They get a ton of business and they still manage to pull it off. Kudos to this location and kudos to the management. Dont let the jerks get you down, just keep up the good work. We love you guys.

They were so awesome to accommodate us while we were on keto! Sometimes when you ask for a burger with no bread, you get some confusion on the other end. But they put our burgers in a breakfast tray for us with forks and knives! Makes allll the difference! Thank you!

I had pulled up to this McDonald's and quite a hurry, and there were at least six cars ahead of me. I was so impressed that I didn't wait more than 8 minutes to get my order in I get my food. I ask for extra pickles on my kids cheeseburgers which I always do, and this was the only location that actually gave them to them. The staff was friendly and fast which is great considering they were so busy with their lunch rush. Hands down the best McDonald's I have been to.
