Aaron's Rent To Own

This was my first time shopping at Aarons and it was an extremely pleasant experience. Dericka is an absolutely amazing sales associate. Her customer service and knowledge of products is second to none. She was kind, courteous, honest and very helpful. Mario delivered my entire living room set to the second floor by himself. He never complained, griped or frowned. He made sure that everything was exactly the way that I wanted it before he left my home. The fact that he delivered everything by himself was truly impressive. I'll definitely be shopping at this location again very soon.

Recently I visited this Charlotte location. Although I was upset when I arrived about needing to purchase a new washer/dryer set, front door to finish of my visit I was treated with an astounding amount of pleasantry and it shouldn't go unnoticed. The warm greeting and smile was nice when I entered. And the promptness to accommodate my needs, calmed me quickly. Easy payment options were explained to me, and the eagerness for my business was nice. Although I didn't purchase at the time. I now know where to go when I'm ready. Thank you for your help. I have been renting specifically from this Aaron's location since early 2010. I have purchased over $50,000 in products from this location. It's honestly not because I am an Aaron's fanatic, but because the staff there is phenomenal.

I have faced a multitude of many circumstances that has caused me varying issues in being able to make on-time payments and/or even having furniture picked up. Time and time again, they've worked with me during my financial short-comings and I still kept my furniture.

If you decide to become a customer here and build a relationship with the staff, you wont go wrong. They have worked with me many times over and I am stil purchasing computers, tvs, couches, beds, sound systems, appliances and even rugs.

Conclusively, I love the ability to be able to always have access to new furniture and updated technology at any moment. I can just call them up and tell them what I want, make a small payment and have these major purchases delivered straight to my front door within 3 days or less. I love them, and for the ones that have negative reviews to post, more than likely they were not able to maintain the relationships I have been able to gain at this location.

yolanda is the best when my son was killed she went out of her way to help us during a really hard time. she has worked with us and all the staff has been very understanding during this time. i would give them a great review and look forwar to working with them again.

Went shopping here and was helped by Tanner. I’ve had some bad experience with Aarons employees before but he changed my experience/view with Aaron’s. I will definitely continue to do business with this one as long as he is there.

I ordered a sectional sofa from aarons for my new home, it arrived on time just like they said it would. The store called as soon as it was unloaded. Within a little more than a hr later it was being delivered. The 2 guys that delivered the sofa whose name was Tony,and Devine was absolutely professional and polite and wonderful. The sofa was beautiful after about a week i notice the L piece of sofa was sitting right they sent Tony out to check it out. It was determined there was a problem so ms Yolanda who is also wonderful took care of it right away. I received my new sofa today by the same guys that deliverd the 1st one and the they did it with a smile. Great service everyone.

Always helpful and try hard to assist us in whatever we need. Very friendly as well. Usually has a good selection of items to choose from and decent payment plans.
