We are thrilled with our renovations. We came in with a vision and the entire team at Creative made it happen. It wasn’t a small project and we were overwhelmed to say the least but in the end it went very smoothly and it ended up being exactly what we wanted. Team is easy to work with, responsive and very talented.

While stationed overseas, we decided to relocate to our family farmhouse. This 293-year-old property had been updated in the 1990s but needed remodeling to suit a family with children. We worked with an experienced local architect who recommended that we interview another local business, Creative Building Concepts, which had already demonstrated the capability to work with historic homes. It was clear from the onset that they were truly a value-based company intent on delivering superior craftsmanship. Their team is augmented by a vetted collection of reliable subcontractors. Creative ensured that all work was completed to 100% of our satisfaction. Every hurdle was cleared with the consistent support of a dedicated crew guiding us through a complex decision making process. We have used Creative Building Concepts for two different projects in our home. First for a library, and then to remodel our entire kitchen, dining room, and living room. They were able to help us decide on a design idea that we both loved (Harmony is the Best!) and they made that idea a reality even with all of the challenges of Covid. They were able to bring both projects in on budget and they completed our kitchen ahead of schedule. I cannot recommend Ross and his team highly enough! They were there from start to finish...We had all of our questions answered right away and the process was transparent and consistent for both Projects...We will be using them again when we get to the bathrooms!

Creative Building Concepts designed our basement remodel, which included a new full bathroom and wet bar. The designs were very creative and super functional. From start to finish, working with the entire team at Creative Building Concepts was a dream! Creative Building Concepts is a great company to work with. The whole team is extremely professional and talented. They did a complete build out of our craft distillery. We started with a building that was an old print shop and the CBC team gutted it and started with a clean slate. They provided design services for us as well. They helped us fine tune what we were thinking of to create an awesome space for bar, kitchen and production areas of our business. The designer had great ideas that we didn’t think of and really helped us create a space that works well. We always get compliments from customers on our space.

We chose CBC based on the work they did at other business in our community. We also shopped for other builders to compare but we felt the best with what CBC had to offer and the approach they were taking with our project. CBC not only brought great talent on their team but were also reasonable to work with from a cost perspective. They always had our budget in mind and helped us navigate the change orders that were needed mid-stream in our project as well as the craziness of the requirements for a small business loan.

The Creative Building Concepts team took our unfinished basement and created an inviting additional living/bedroom/bathroom area. The design team was outstanding and presented us with 3-D drawings that made the project come alive The online client portal kept us informed every step of the way and was an effective communication tool. All the various craftsmen were very professional and preformed superior work. The project was completed in the contracted time and we were very pleased with the entire process. We will definitely have them back next year for our next project.

We had a major remodel completed by Creative Building Concepts. Our remodel included our kitchen (gut and redesign), guest bath, interior doors, trim and paint in our living room/dining room. We were impressed with their entire team from start to finish. The communication and organization was excellent! The final product was beautiful! I will not use anyone else for future projects!
