I come here very often. Hallie is always so helpful she helped me pick Christmas presents for my bf and she remembers our names, which I love. The store is always clean and organized. This is the only place I go to for clothes and I love it. Give Hallie a promotion she deserves it!

Haley is the BEST!! She always welcomes me w a smile on her face & she has the most amazing ability to find items she knows I’ll love. I literally look forward to seeing her every time I go🩷

Hailey is always very helpful, courteous and professional, along with the rest of the staff, they have very good deals on clothes and shoes, and their payouts on shoes are very well for good brands in good shape, one of the only places we buy our clothes from, highly recommend!!!

I love this location haylee and Maddie are great employees they were a great help. They were also the only ladies in the store and they were doing fabulous.

I have been going to this store for YEARS! Always has AMAZING clothes! I find outfits on Pinterest that I like and go to Plato’s to replicate the outfits. The workers here are always super helpful and nice! They always have great sales and awesome drops! This will forever be one of my favorite stores! HIGHLY recommend stopping in!

The selection of clothing was lovely, clean, and appealed to both my and my friend's taste. Prices were reasonable, and the music playing was pretty good. I would highly recommend going to this Plato's Closet location!

I came in towards the end of the evening on a Saturday. The store was clean, neat and organized. Great size selections that cater to everyone and I came across some very unique items. Also, I saw a lot of trendy, in-season name brands and many were still brand new with tags. The staff (3 girls) was very helpful and friendly: Lauren was the manager on duty. She was very efficient and kind. Her and her two co-workers were very welcoming but took the time to greet me and check me in. Personally I felt rushed but they made me feel comfortable. I hate dropping in close to closing time but they didn’t rush me out like some stores do! I’ll definitely be back!

I looooove this platos closet. Not only are they prices super reasonable but the staff is so great. This is a small family business so I love coming in and supporting them. I’ve found super great gems here. I’ve got two urban outfitter dresses for $15 that have become my wardrobe staples along with countless of other things. A lot of the staff is made up my young friendly high school students or young adults and this store even went as far as closing a little bit earlier on Mondays so that the high school students could focus on school/go to bed a little bit earlier. I always come here and it’s become my favorite spot for hidden (AND AFFORDABLE) trendy clothing. The store is so organize and easy to navigate and it’s overall such a great atmosphere. Will be coming back for years to this place :)

Went a few days ago and one of the girls who work there Riley found me an awesome pair of cowboy boots they recently had gotten in. I definitely recommend hitting them up. Reasonably priced as well.

my experience was easily a 5/5!! i was greeted right away and was asked if i needed help within 3 minutes of being in the store ! i was super impressed with how clean and organized the store was. Jacob (the assistant manager) came up to me while shopping to make sure i was doing okay! Jacob also run me out at the cash register and he was so friendly and polite! it’s really nice seeing people enjoy what they do! all in all i will be returning !

So much nicer than our local Plato’s in Morgantown, WV. It’s always very organized with much better options here. Clothes at this one are always gently used compared to Morgantown, which has things that look very old and used. Very trendy options with nice brands that I would pay full price for. Kind staff too.

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at this store, and my 14-year-old daughter could outfit her entire wardrobe there for very little money. Aside from the extensive selection, my favorite thing is the cleanliness and neatness of the store. Unlike most resale shops, they keep it well-ordered, logically organized, and even the fitting rooms are kept clean. The staff are exemplary, too! James assisted us the other night and he was friendly, jovial, and courteous. Overall, a great store that I recommend to all my friends with teens.

I came in, and as usual I had some amazing finds. The clothes are in such good condition and not to mention how nice and friendly the staff are. During one of my experiences, Sam made sure I got a fitting room, found the guys section, and asked if I had any points. The rewards program is very rewarding and definitely recommend stopping in if you want to find some amazing clothes for a reasonable price!

Gabby - Assistant Manager told me exactly what looking for. Streamlined the process for me and saved me time. Very friendly and receptive on the phone and in person. Total joy to deal with. Maurie( spelling error perhaps) also very helpful in person and made the selling experience fun and positive. Both very professional and smart ladies.

i came in to shop for a date night outfit. Sasha was so friendly and helpful! i was able to find a cute outfit and get a fitting room with ease. i was in/out within 25 minutes.

the store was clean and organized, all clothes were in the designated sections according to size/color. i got a pair of american eagle jeans for 70% off, and some cute tops to go with it.

all in all, if you’re looking to find something on a budget, stop here! i got a lot of good stuff for $25.

My daughter and I come to this store often and ALWAYS find amazing stuff. Jacob is such a sweetheart and always asks us if we need help finding anything, need a fitting room, etc. He also noticed us as soon as we walked in and asked how we were and even noticed the boots that I had on that I actually got the last time my daughter and I were there... he is so awesome. This store also is so well organized and I always find some really great stuff! I never walk out of here with anything less than a basket full of items!
