I’ve been on and off in the gym for over ten years now and I’ve been recently back in the gym five days a week doing light cardio and lifting. I started taking a pre workout a month ago and recently ran out of protein. I’ve seen so many Big Dan t-shirts that I knew I had to give his shop a shot.

I met with Jo on the North side location next to Muv Fitness and she was an actual book of knowledge. She spent over an hour with me and explained all the pros and cons of the different supplements Big Dan’s had to offer and explained in great detail what would align with my goals best. That was such a nice first way of starting the conversation too was she started by introducing herself and asking what my goals were.

I ended up buying a protein, pre workout, multi vitamins and amino acids. I’m so excited to start taking everything tomorrow morning I can’t wait to go to sleep.

Thank you Jo for explaining everything so well and providing five star customer service. EVERYONE in Spokane should go learn from Jo a nd shop Big Dan because it should be the only supplement shop you go to on your fitness journey. Good luck in your future goals Jo!!

This is why you shop local, this place was extremely impressive in its knowledge of the products and customer experience. I went in to purchase a pre-workout energy drink prior to hitting the gym. The gentleman working suggested I buy a case if I drank them regularly as it would save me some money. I agreed but was in a hurry to workout, he gave me the drink without paying stating that I could just come in after my workout and buy the case. I will only be purchasing these products from this location henceforth, great place all around.

Went in this afternoon to the North Spokane location to get a shaker cup. As soon as I walked in, Mitch behind the counter was ready and eager to help. He handed me a shaker cup at no charge, so I had to walk out with something so he asked me my goals and hooked me up with a supplement for cutting and I left.

However, when I was on my way home, I started to have to concerns with taking in and realized it was a tad out of my budget too. I turned around and went to return it. Mitch started to do the return, but since I hit the No Reciept button he had to call the head honcho, Dan.

Dan asked to speak with me and he asked me concerns and addresssed them by recommending a different version of the same stuff. Dan showed the highest priority level for my health, gave me his DIRECT LINE to call him after the first week for a status update. Lastly, when I mentioned that it was also a bit out of my budget, he helped me out quite a bit with a discount which he didn't have to do at all. Lastly, Dan sent me out the door with some scoops of a valsodialator to increase my peace of mind. Mitch answered my questions further and I left.

Honestly, I've never been so impressed with a supplement store. That was absolute top shelf service and respect for a customer that's so rare to come by. Thanks to Mitch and Dan for making me feel like the business and it's owner actually care about their customers more than just making a sale. You made customer for life today, guys. Thanks again for the awesome service. I wish more businesses operated like these guys did, but hey Big Dan's will reap the reward of quality service every time if they treat everyone like I was treated.

Great customer service and super helpful and knowledgeable on products. I got the Rule1 protein powder in vanilla cake batter and it’s the best protein powder I’ve ever had. It’s smooth and shakes up nicely.

Alex was awesome! He answered all of my questions and fully educated me on fat burners and what will work for me when it comes to cutting. I really appreciated his help. I love this location. Thanks so much!

I went in and there was a juiced up mass screaming about king and Kong. He was shirtless and a covered head to toe in protein powder doing a handstand all in a flattering banana hammock. He was so thick that my eyes couldn't fathom what they were seeing. He then welcomed me with a hand that felt like it was covered in butter. I then knew I was in the right place.

Fred helped me find everything I needed and I’ll definitely be back!
