Very happy with my 2 shopping experiences here. Victor was a HUGE help and he is an excellent salesman (zero pushiness). When I took the Vionic shoes home, and went on quick errands with the new shoes, they cut into the back of my ankle. And they were perfect in the store and inside the home! I took them back, not for a refund of course - as I wore them outside, but just to see if they had a solution. They took them and 'softened' them in the back somehow. They are SOOOOO comfortable now!

From the outside its just a small shoe store which I had no interest in since my plantar fasciitis foot problems require me to wear orthotic-type shoes. And then out of curiosity I walked in and saw the large display of Vionic shoes, shoes that are gorgeous and have a perfect orthotic footbed, stylish shoes that are also healthy for your feet! I'm so happy!

Lark's is one of the best shoe stores in Napa. The employees are very personable and very helpful. They carry European brands and that's what I buy.
