Beautiful community with the best value homes in the area. I’ve known that this place would become home to my family since the moment I walked into a model home. Marc Flores has been wonderful to work with! He is informative, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. We chose Eagles Landing to grow our family and I can’t wait for our new home to be completed and ready to move into. BEWARE, KB homes has no regard for your personal property! They yield zero accountability for contractors. Please see images for nails in KB home's friendly neighborhood roads, ready to destroy YOUR tires with zero regard. It is on KB homes to staff someone to clean up their mess, but alas, accountability for their faults is scapegoated to you, the potential buyer. Clean up duty is pinned to good samaritans who may not always be present.

Thanks to the inconsiderate construction workers building houses as fast as possible. I now have 2 nails in my tire...

And I'm going to miss my sister's wedding which is 4hrs away because of this mishap.
