Yates Construction built me 5 residential investment houses over the past few years. I chose Yates initially because of Keith's reputation for quality workmanship, speed of construction, and saving $$$. I kept using him because his excellent reputation was surpassed by his actual performance as GC. He keeps the build going forward, which is a trait many GCs lack. He works well with investors, designers, subcontractors, and inspectors. His long years of construction give him insight into how to do a build right the first time. I strongly recommend Yates Construction for all your building needs.

Yates Construction built our home in late 2016. Today I called Keith with a question about plumbing lines in the wall of the master bath. I wanted to put up two shelves using vintage corbels and wanted to know if I would hit a water line for the shower. Well not only did he promptly anwer me, he stopped by to checkout the wall in question and then………put the shelves up for me ! It was way above what should have been. Thank you Keith Yates Construction, could not be more happy with his service.

I have had Yates Construction perform three projects: a major addition to our house (bedroom, bathroom, and library/office); rebuild our front deck (16' × 34') with handicap access ramps and sidewalk; and install raised garden beds made of stone work. Keith Yates listens and performs quality work on time at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company because I really like all the work that has been done.

A big thank you to the Yates team. Hired them to pour a 20x20 slab in my backyard. Very knowledgeable and explained the process well. They produced an amazing outdoor space and worked hard and kept the site clean. Very happy customer here.

Yates construction did a complete exterior remodel along with a complete bathroom remodel Keith made sure they covered the entire scope of work to my satisfaction plus a few extras that wasn’t discussed in the beginning. Thanks for a great job.

Still having construction workers out working right next to our Platform apartment complex in East Austin during a stay at home order!!! You should be ashamed. I have multiple photos of workers on top of each other not social distancing and putting not only each other but 100s of our residents at risk!!!! Shut down now!!!!
