Starbucks

The gals that work here in the AM are exemplary! This is what a Starbucks should be: delicious consistency, down to earth kindness, clean modern ambiance, and someone who knows your name (and drink). These gals deserve a generous raise and should be training others! Even both my kids commented on how the gals make their vanilla bean crème taste better than any other location we’ve been to in the US (in 20 different states). Now if an 8 & 10 year old can tell the difference then it’s worth listening.

On another note: the afternoon guys make the most awful drinks and are rude in that indifferent don’t care would rather be somewhere else kind of attitude.

Just wanted to say Lexi & Taylor (sorry if I misspelled/put the wrong names 😅) made our day by fixing our order that a different Starbucks location messed up. They are always very kind and get orders taken care of insanely fast. So huge thanks to them for being awesome, they deserve a promotion or two!

Just came from the drive thru, excellent service as always. I've been a customer for 10+ yrs & rarely have an issue. Anytime there is an issue, they always take careofit & go above & beyond to make sure you're satisfiedwith the outcome. Woody is actually what made me leave this review so please, Starbucks & his manager please give him some recognition & I recommend taking a few notes as he knows customer service.

When I think customer service, I always picture a corporate employee on the other end working off scripts. I managed a call center for almost a decade, luckily I was able to escape the corporation environment but I'm more versed than most.

With cust serv.- I pay a little more attention than most & notice small details. I ordered a simple Carmel Macchiato, paid, got my coffee, tipped, forgot a stopper, got one & I was gone. His intro was what caught my attention. Not forced, fast, attitude, none of that. Calm, confident tone not forced at all & what's more is the conversation feel rather than the "can I take your order?" Feel.

This was an actual human experience without any of that corporate feel. That's usually the type of service I receive in the drive thru so its nice to have a conversation with a person rather than feeling like you may as well be speaking to a robot.

It may seem suspect with this long review, I assure all that it's legit & genuine. I'm alwaysin that drive thru, the bald Guy in the black Benz. I feel credit needs to be given for people in ordinary roles that you can tell are extraordinary & will be very successful. They are the Diamonds in the Rough. Starbucks had better start promoting him; He's going to go very far, whichever path he chooses.

Too often people like Woody that go well beyond their duties, go unrecognized. We get our coffee and go about our days. I usually do as well, which made me leave this review.

I hope this feedback reaches those @ Starbucks, and @ the Sandy- Quarry Bend location.

So overall the service was great! For those of you that want to try the new Gold Ginger Drink I tried it with my friend, we came to the conclusion that when u take your first sip it was like that sensation after you vomit and acid reflex and get immediate diarrhea. If you like that sound of that sensation get your self a cup of that:) no hard feelings we are the biggest fan of Starbucks 😀

This Starbucks has the best staff around. I am greeted by the kindest, happiest people every morning. They take time to ask me about my day and really get to know their customers. They engage in conversation while taking your order and put forth really good energy. I almost wish they weren't so efficient at getting my order to me so we could chat longer. I pass 4 different Starbucks on my way to work and I go to this one just for the employees at this location. Corporate needs to take note and use these individuals for training (and give raises).

This is the BEST Starbucks I have ever been to! The people? AMAZING. The attitude? Always POSITIVE. I have never had my drink made the wrong way. I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks location! Love love love!

I really enjoy this location. They're very upbeat and always have smiles on their faces. Today, I bought a coffee in the drive-thru, drove off and then noticed it didn't taste like what I ordered. I went in to the store and they were so willing to fix my coffee. I felt bad for even asking but they just took care of it so quickly and apologized for it. Thank you, Barista ladies!!

My favorite Starbucks in the city and I pass at least 5 of them on my commute to work but nothing will beat the beautiful customer service this store displays. It’s clean 100% of the time and the employees act as though they genuinely love their jobs. I appreciate their faces in the mornings I’m glad I found my Starbucks 😊💕

The staff was so nice and fun. My coffee is always just as I order it, I'm always happy when I go to Starbucks!

This is THE BEST STARBUCKS EVER! The atmosphere is one of a kind and the crew has a very special bond which you can sense anytime you're there. It's never as busy as the other locations nearby and I can always rely on the baristas to make my day better:) this is a great location.

It’s a shame they got rid of the receipts where you can leave a tip. The employees here work hard. If your complaint is that the drive thru takes too long, just know that they’re also doing online order pick ups and door dash at the same time. Carry around cash I suppose!!!

This Starbucks always seems to get my drink right. I love it! For a busier Starbucks they keep their drive through moving at a decent pace as well. Oh... and their employees are so nice!

When I lived in the area I frequented this particular Starbucks often. The baristas were warm and friendly, and we soon greeted each other on a first name basis. They genuinely cared about how my day was going, and you could tell by how they asked. The coffee is always great, as well. The only thing this place needed was a Clover machine. A Jamaican Blue Mountain, Christmas, or Italian roast brewed in SB’s Clover machine is delectable.

I really appreciate the individualized customer service I get EVERY time I come through the drive-thru, or go in the store. I'm there about every day. Everyone knows my drink, they take the time to ask about my day, and its really nice to experience in a world where everyone is so impersonal, short and rude. These guys are like my part time therapists.. kidding!! But they are genuinely nice fun and efficient people. 99.9999 percent of the time they are faster than hell. I can only think of 1 time in 2 years I've had to wait an extra long time for a drink, and that was because they were training a new employee. Sincerely, Franni (triple venti latte w/extra shot, and a large black shaken iced tea).

I like this location. They know my name, what I want, and are always friendly. The service has been excellent and I pass other Starbucks to get to this one because I always enjoy my experience there.

This Starbucks kills it. I've had issues getting my specific drink to taste right at other locations but this one always has my drink tasting on point. I go out of my way to stop at this location versus 90th and State or 94th and 2000 East, that way my 4 shot, 3 pump, no whip iced white mocha always tastes great. Always such nice friendly people who also love my dog and treat her nicely at the drive through. Best Sandy location!

Friendly service and I have always had excellent beverages made here. One Starbucks location that consistently greet the customers as soon as they walk in. Space is usually available to sit and enjoy your beverages

Starbucks crew does a great job making frequent guest feel special. They work hard to ensure your drink is correct, and always yummy.
