I received excellent service from the associate, that helped me with my p.o.box. I appreciate the help and professional attitude.

My local post office. Parking lot is very small and i usually encounter long wait times. I often take a slightly longer drive to the main regional location on Gardiner Ln. because there hours are much longer, more parking and open on Saturday. At gardiner lane you can drop off mail as late as 9pm and it is processed and shipped out that night.

Tim was the best. He helped me select the correct type of envelope to send in my passport renewal application, showed me how to fill out the money order, carefully put in the return envelope for my new passport. I forgot my debit card pin number and he was very patient (even though it’s about closing time on a Saturday and the line was long when I got there). The whole process would be so complicated for me but he made it so easy and simple. Thank you so much!

People! They sell stamps, just not from a automatic machine. I have always found the people working here very nice. I did have a box I shipped years ago disappear and never show tracking leaving after I dropped it off.

The friendliest post office on the planet. I guess people say you can't purchase stamps because there isn't an automated postage machine, i.e. all transactions must be made by a live person (GASP!). It's more of a local establishment. If you are looking for later hours or an automated machine, I would recommend the St. Matthews location.

Every time I have come here, I have been impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the people who work here. An excellent post office, far preferred to the one downtown.

Local branch post office so for me a great location. I have always had nice friendly service from the staff so am puzzled by the negative staff comments. People are correct about the staffing issues but that should be addressed to the Louisville office and I have but to no avail. I pay for a post office box but the availability of the box is now only during operating hours which defeats one of the reasons for having a box. I have called an complained to the main office but nothing has been done. If you have a box join me in calling and complaining, either discount the service since it is not being delivered as what a box services is for or provide it as it should be.

A nice, clean neighborhood post office with post office boxes for rent, mailing packaging and a limited selection of cards (e.g., birthday, graduation) for sale in the lobby. The regular postal services are available and there is usually not much if any wait time. You won’t generally get “service with a smile”, but service is polite, fast, and efficient.

This is a satellite post office even though it is in town, so it’s not real big and collection times are little earlier than the big post offices - once a day - at 4:30 PM (M-F) and 1 PM on Saturday.

Located in a little strip mall, parking is available and it’s just a short walk (or drive) to other businesses.

I like doing my postal business here because it is clean, convenient, and fast/efficient. The windows are from 08:30 AM to 4:30 PM (M-F), 9 AM - 1 PM (Sat).

Nice and small in good area . Two clerk there they very nice

Not bad for a small post office they seem to get you out fairly quick
