Called inquiring about a product and Sam was so helpful and kind! She took the time to look through inventory that was just received instead of telling me no like some would if it wasn't on the floor. 10/10 for customer service! Thank you Sam! The store was also so organized and clean!

I went into this location earlier this week looking for some things to dye my hair and I had the nicest help! Alayna helped me buy dye for my hair as well as some hair products. The new manager here is also super friendly! I will definitely be shopping here again.

The girl that was running the store when I went in was an absolute doll! She knew a lot about everything! You could ask her anything and she knew exactly what to show you. I was impressed with her knowledge. And the store was very nice and very organized.

The manager is very cool. She was awesome in recommending me a styling brush for my hair as well as a new shampoo and conditioner.

Loved this location until today. Google the hours and they stated store closes at 8pm. Arrived at 7:19 doors unlocked and customers were in line. As I proceeded young lady tells me ma'am we are closed, so I tell her Google hours state you are open. She says the door says 7. Yeah, naw......

No customer service anytime you go in there. The young girl does not acknowledge you at all. I visited 3 times to make sure it wasn't just me,but no ma'am just plain rude. Zach was the first person to give customer service and it was appreciated. He was very helpful and kind. So, if you are in Pooler Sally Beauty Supply, see Zach!

Lacks customer service. Did a sweep through the store and lacks good inventory.. waste of space, don’t see this store staying long…
