I wanted to give a shout out to "Kelly" for her amazing customer service in helping me locate a package I was desperate for. It was marked as "non delivered - business closed" and she went above and beyond to help me get my package delivered on time while she had just punched out. AMAZING! Thank you, Kelly and thank you Milwaukee USPS.

I come into this location often and always have a pleasant experience. This is certainly a location that seems to be understaffed and overworked but each time my interaction with the employees is great. I have most often worked with cashier #12, in case that helps management know who I'm referring to, and she has always been extremely patient with people and a great multi tasker. She is often in, working alone with a long line, and she does a wonderful job handling the pressure and answering questions. This location gets a bad wrap but I think this issue is more of a global issue of being under-staffed and over-worked. People need to go into the post office expecting to wait for service and be patient themselves when things take time. Show these people some grace!

Staff: Professional, knowledgeable on products/services and understanding!

Store: Clean and organized.

Reason for visit: Certified mail products, weight test for large mailing item and price evaluation.

I've been a customer at this location for about 10 years now and I must say, "The front desk customer service team has changed for the better." There are new Customer Service Clerks, that are meeting the standard, far above average. From the initial point of contact with the clerk, all of my questions were answered. Open ended questions were asked, which allowed me to evaluate specific ways I could send my item in the mail. I felt understood throughout the transaction and was able to accomplish what I actually came in for, towards the end of the transaction.

I would recommend this location to relative and other friends, to use this location for all of their mailing needs.

Had to get my passport renewed/expedited— Danielle who was working behind the counter was incredibly efficient and friendly. She made the whole experience easy and seem stress free.

Was helped over the phone and had my confusing issue resolved immediately, talked to a real person who quickly worked with me to track and re-deliver a package. Better customer service than most Post offices I've worked with.

I have shipped over 100 packages from this post office for my small business, and I have never had a package get lost or damaged (knock on wood). The staff here are awesome!

Went in to send my passport documents. The woman behind the counter, Remi, was extremely helpful and pleasant.

My favorite post office! I don't care if I have to wait in line. The staff is always friendly professional and knowledgeable.

Generally a pretty quick place to transact business. Also, most people may not have to work with the Dues Clerk, but Jan is outstanding.

Always a friendly face there, great hours, and I never stand in line - they let me drop my postage paid packages off without waiting : )

This is my favorite PO to go to. Counter workers are always courteous and helpful — even maintaining their calm with nightmarish customers.
