I received the best help from customer service, the young lady was very helpful and courteous!!! Thank you MLK Dr Post Office!!!

This is my go to branch. They are only blocks away from me. And they always give me great service. My customers always say how fast they get their packages. Trina and Sharon always take care of me.

Had a fantastic experience. A super important package was sent to the incorrect address. The folks here went out of their way to make sure the package was not returned to sender. Thanks for the wonderful customer service.......you all generally get a bad rap!

This USPS is always helpful and very informative. There's a stigma about post office workers being rude and uncaring, and I have definitely encountered these kinds in cities around the country. When I lived in Milwaukee, this was the very reason that I avoided the one in Shorewood whenever I could, and went to this one instead. I know that they have to deal with a lot of stuff, but I've never seen a rude or disgruntled worker at the MLK Dr. post office. I went there a lot too. This place should train other USPS post offices on customer service because they are great at it.

The substitute carrier (working in place of the regular carrier), and the branch supervisor (??) I had spoken with by phone, made sure that I received my mail order prescription delivery that had been undeliverable earlier due to not having access to the building I live in.

One of the managers, Jeff, went above and beyond in helping me find my missing package. Whatever he’s making… give him a raise please!!

THANK YOU to Chrissy, who met me at the post officer at 5:30 am to ensure I received my package the day I needed it. Her customer service was excellent... above and beyond!

The best post office ever. A mailman came to deliver mail and then when back to the post office to bring the other packages that i missed the day before.

People who work here are really helpful with sending packages and mail carriers are always on point.
