Hands down the best experience I've had with any shop. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road asap. Made sure the issue was properly addressed so it wouldn't happen again. Any other shop would have just thrown parts at it. If I'm ever in need and around one of their shops I will not hesitate to bring my truck to them. [Issue was a starter cooked itself due to a wiring issue, found all shorts and fixed them]

When you are out on the road sometimes it is very hard to find specific Parts. Like a cabin filter for a Volvo Semi. These guys pulled it from the Shelf made sure it was the right part and held it for us too we got there. Definitely A+ service. Will go again.

Very courteous team and fair. I came in for exhaust manifold that was loose and an oil change on my class-c motorhome.. got charged for exactly that.. no up sale talk no BS. They even let me use my own oil+ filter (got free from O'Reilly with 1g oil) and only charged me for the additional oil needed. $70 total.

Had a flat coming into Rapid City and had it patched at another business. Patch leaked and called Boss, they got it fixed and back on road quick. Melvin and Casey are both fantastic.

Great service they went above and beyond to get my truck fixed, good prices, nice people from the shop manager all the way to mechanics and techs.

They didn't have a spot to fix our tire, but they did what they could for free. Awesome people who helped us out in a pinch.

Took about an hour to replace a tire and mud flap assembly. Cost wasn't bad and the staff was both friendly and professional.

The service I needed they didn't provide but a older gentleman when out of his way to help me. I mb needed my oil tested as I was driving on the inner state and my car alerted me I was out of engine oil
He tested it for me and told me I could continue my journey on to Lincoln. Didn't get his name but he was an Angel. Thank you sir

Filled a slow leak tire of size and style they do not work with--they specialize in Semi tractor and trailer tires. Gave suggestions where I might go.
