Autumn took so much of her time to help me and my family get the best value for our family plan. She even went out of her way to stay late and pick up our new phones at another Verizon store when stock was low at hers. She really knows her number crunching and wants her customers to be well taken care of. Thanks, Autumn!

Good and friendly customer service. However, we bought a charging cord that didn't work with our new phone. Wish the staff would have caught this error before we left.

I had AT&T before it was AT&T. I’m so glad I made the switch. The signal strength is so much better and it’s consistent.

The 2 ladies that helped me out were amazing, and had a solution for all my concerns. They even helped me deal with AT&T(AT&T shut my phone off while switching carriers), as I made the switch, I couldn’t have done it without those two.

The Gretna Verizon store can shut up and take my money anytime! THANK YOU!

My old iPhone was completely out of commission, but she was able to transfer all my information to a new phone and get me the exact phone that I needed. And all the time she was very patient.

I entered the Verizon store thinking I would like to upgrade my phone in time for an upcoming trip to Iceland. Nikki was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. I enjoyed having Nikki work with me in order to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 14 Pro. The customer service was as good as it gets.

Madison was amazing! She was super helpful, patient, and kind during my situation and getting me all taken care of. I'm not in the gretna area, but I would definitely make the drive again just to work with her and her work ethic!

Had a great experience at this location in Gretna the other day! I had to get a new phone and the salesman Jes was great and very helpful, professional and patient with me! He went above and beyond what he needed to do to get me all set up and going again. The other salesman who I’m not certain on his name but I think it was Nathan, was very helpful too! Both extremely nice guys who made my whole experience easier and pleasant! They helped me understand my new phone and were both very easy to talk to! I won’t go to any other Verizon store now as long as these two gentlemen are working at this one!! These two deserve to be recognized by their boss at this location!

Last week, I had the pleasure of meeting Madi at the Verizon Retailer store in Gretna. From the moment I spoke with Madi, she had a smile & was eager to help. She proceeded to provide the best customer service experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. She answered all my questions & I told her I wanted to think about it, over the weekend. She didn't pressure me to impulse buy or bully me with the "this deal ends today" tactic. Just wished me a great weekend.

So I came back in today. Ready to upgrade, get a new device & get some extra accessories. Once again, I was greeted with the same friendly smile from Madi. Very eager to help me... AGAIN!!

She's knowledgeable, professional, courteous, patient and it very FUNNY! She's got an amazing personality & vibrant purple hair. My favorite color! Madi is in a class all by herself!

But I'm not ONLY referring to MY remarkable experience with her. I watched her juggle 6 other customers that strolled in to that store during my 2 hours in there (mind you I was changing phones & buying a new device & accessories plus asking millions of questions). She handled everyone's issues with ease, professionalism & with a side of humor. I was blown away at how patient she was with every unique situation that came through those doors. Taking care of everyone, all by herself. No other staff members where scheduled.

Purchasing a new phone usually gives me anxiety but Madi turned it into the best customer service experience I have ever had. ANYWHERE. Thank you for making it fun & light hearted, Madi.

Bre was tremendous! She was so easy to talk to and she held a conversation well in between the sale of the phone. She was polite, friendly, easy going, genuine, and just a really great person. I’m not good with phones and she simply walked me through each step she didn’t sound condescending or like she was better/smarter than me. She was truly an all around great help! I’ll be sending my fiancé to her when it’s her turn for an upgrade.

AJ did an amazing job helping me get my new phone along with a good case and screen protector. My phone was completely busted but he worked things out to get everything from Verizon and Google cloud to my new phone. Nice to have my contacts and most of my pictures transferred over. Would recommend
