Dustin was incredibly helpful and patient with getting my old phone transferred to my new phone. My screen was just about dead and it took a lot work to get everything taken care of, but Dustin was incredibly pleasant and easy to work with! Thank you very much for your assistance, patience, and professionalism! Keep up the great work!!

This store is awesome. Usually no wait time, Very professional in my opinion. I had to have my phone replaced for the 3rd time. Cody was awesome to work with. He got customer service to go the extra mile and I left with a brand new Phone. I always go to this store for my Verizon needs.

My sales person Cody R. was so helpful and nice, answered all my questions. My appointment was done so fast as well. I recently visited my local Verizon and had a FANTASTIC experience with Cody! He was so respectful, greeted me right when I walked in, helped me right away and was soooo quick. Def will come back for him soon!

Needed to order a new upgrade phone but didn't want to go through the convoluted website of Verizon.
The people there were very helpful, dealt with the whole process very fast and the service was direct, fast and to the point.
This the second time we used this store and both times we were very pleased.

Went in the other for help with a promotion they had running. Cody was beyond helpful & extremely knowledgable about my issue. It was resolved fairly quickly. I appreciate his patience & understanding with the issue i was having & quickly he was able to come up with a solution. Would definitely recommend Cody to other verizon customers. He knows what he’s doing!

I received great service at this location. Amber was very knowledgeable and persistent in solving a connectivity issue with my newly acquired replacement phone. Her professional and patient demeanor was also noteworthy!

This location is by far the best place for cellphones business and the reason I say that is because of Amber.

Was having issues with my daughter's phone, it was forwarding her number to her friend's phone. I have no idea how she managed that? I explained the problem to Amber and she was so helpful and patient! After troubleshooting just a few minutes Amber fixed the problem and had me on my way! Great store, great staff! I love how patient they were when transferring my old phone to my new phone. Great customer service with my own phone transfer, so I recommended them to my parents, and brought my them in to get a new phone and they we’re extremely helpful to them as well. Eduardo and Cody were extremely helpful!

We’d had some issues with our Verizon account and trying to get an upgrade. After visiting the Apple Store, one other Verizon store, and calling Verizon customer service, it was Amber who finally solved all of our problems! Amber was able to diagnose and troubleshoot everything very quickly and efficiently. Left the store with upgraded phones and access to all we needed. Thank you, Amber!

even though Eduardo was helping another customer he greeted us when we walked into the store and said he would help us in a minute. We purchased a new phone and he was professional and pleasant the entire time (1.5 hrs). Great employee!!!
