Fossil Outlet Store

They always have some sort of sale going on! The customer service is always great! They made sure to size and engrave the watch! Awesome variety of watches and bags of sorts!

They were fast and helpful. I needed 4 new batteries for my watches and they got it done quickly while I shopped at other stores. They gave me a courtesy call when my watches were ready for pickup.

The guy was super cool and had all the answers. Other stores were closed got links removed to fit right. Bought a new band. Also ordered a new band. Plus got some shades I'll be back.

I bought a wallet at Fossil about 12 or so years ago and had to come back tonight to get a new one. It took me a while to figure out which one I wanted, but I am very happy with my purchase and have always recommended Fossil to others if they need a good wallet.

Oh my what isn’t there to say about Fossil! I love their watches, bags, wallets, selection, everything! The staff are beyond amazing! They fixed 2 watches in under 10 mins(changing batteries). While they did that I browsed and ended up buying another watch which they sized right there while I was checking out and by the time I had finished my transaction my watch was ready and fits perfectly! I absolutely love this store cause they have the same if not better deals then they do online! Although they don’t have the same selection they do have a wide variety and will order for you as well! They do engraving in the store too!

Awesome staff who went above and beyond helping explain different watches. Only problem was that I wanted several but settled for 2. I unfortunately will go back to buy more! Wonderful selection and friendly staff.

I love the Fossil store so much. A few months ago I purchased a bag and the price was unbelievable. I’ve gone back a few times since and purchased a few other things; wallet, earrings, a few watches. The prices are hands down the best for the great quality you get.

Also, this store is very clean and the staff is very helpful. They’ve always done a great job helping me find what I’m looking for. I will be back!

I've never shopped Fossil much but now I will. Probably the best customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. My 17 year old son bought a Fossil smart watch on amazon and ended up not liking the color. He called the Fossil store at the outlet mall to see if he could exchange it there and they were really great about helping him both on the phone and in person. It was an easy process. They were amazingly nice to him even though he's young. We are definitely Fossil fans now!

Went in today to replace my old worn Fossil wallet. ..didnt have in stock and no longer carry that model. Sales person found my favorite at another store and ordered to ship to my home...EXCELLENT Service. Thank you.

I was amazed at how cheap some of the watches are here. Great selection and great products. Staff is a little over helpful though.

Very nice visit to the store the resized my watch with no fee (it was a Fossil watch) and they were courteous.

Salesperson was great and was able to explain the difference between gen 3 and 4 watches.

The manager here, I think his name was Anthony was really helpful with my watch that had broken!
