Great location, friendly staff. Quick service

I love the order ahead option on the app. There's limited parking and the drive through line is usually long, but if you can find a parking spot and just run in to grab your order, it's so quick and easy. My only complaint is they packaged the cake pops with the breakfast sandwiches and the pops melted... My kids were bummed. But always consistently delicious food, drinks and coffee.

This, by far, is one of my favorite Starbucks locations! I enjoy coming to this location because of the baristas, service, and community!

Everyone at this location is always super friendly and nice. My drink is always perfect!

My daughter literally goes here everyday and always makes comments on how sweet everyone that takes her order is.

Staff is super nice and always working hard and always smiling and kind they make great drinks too. This location is always busy and kind of hard to get out of but not the fault of anything besides its Starbucks in downtown lake Orion , what do u expect 😆 . I'll still give it 5 stars because everyone in there is so nice when you can tell they are clearly busting thier butts their entries shifts.

Seriously lacking in staff and speed. Order are far from correct, and that is shocking due to Starbucks being one of the most consistent good coffee places around.

Staff was super helpful with customizing a drink for my wife that doesn't eat dairy oand can't have caffeine. It was really kind of them. They were super slammed and they had 4 ladies brainstorming about what to make her. It was really nice of them. They were patient which I appreciate even though they were literally slammed.

It's starbucks always great service! This is actually one of my favorite starbucks!

Friendly and quick even with the morning rush!

I normally don't go to Starbucks but it was on my way to work and coffee was definitely needed today. I got THE BEST service! They were all happy, friendly, helpful and fast! I was thrown off that there was a person physically there to take my order vs using the speaker but she was extremely helpful and extremely welcoming. Her upbeat attitude and positive demeanor was infectious. I do wish the menu was there to see but that's just because I am a socially awkward person but she was great about it and didn't make me feel bad. I also loved hearing employees compliment and encourage each other while I was at the window. It was so refreshing and I can't say enough good things about my experience today. I will be back!

We visited this Starbucks when we were at a nearby park to perform a puppet show.
We visited the drive thru. The staff was very friendly, our order was ready quickly, and the food and drinks were tasty. We'll definitely visit again the next time we're in the area.

All of the People who work at this location are incredible they make my morning every single day. Sometimes I don’t even want to get up out of bed but they always always put a smile on my face and make it worth it. And the coffee is always made wonderfully.❤ Oh and Shoutout to Kim she’s literally a ball of sunshine!

Great service every time! I rarely go inside, so this review is based mostly on drive through. The staff are very friendly and personable. I love that they greet you using their own words and personality, unlike most places that sound like a script. The drinks are always perfection.

Ever since I was little starbucks has been my go too place to enjoy and experience coffee, and other delicious drinks made with care and effort! The customer service is amazing, and is also a great place to study, relax, and socialize!

Stopped in the drive thru for 2 coffees. It wasn't at a peak time of day, but, there were several cars in line. The line moved well and our drinks were perfect! Staff memer we spoke with was very friendly & welcoming.

Caila is amazing. I asked her to suprise me with a hot chocolate and she delivered!I almost cried it was that good! These workers are so kind. Caila is a perfect example of an employee who goes above and beyond. Ask for caila!
