I like the way they display the games and other materials. There is a lot of other Xtra products to purchase as well. Games, t-shirts, superhero things. Very very much kid friendly. Wide spaces to walk. Very friendly staff. Worth your time and money to visit. Have fun.

is there a way you guys can send a headset from this store to another one? i want the razer blackshark v2 usb sound card from this store shipped to the one closer to me is there anyway i can do that???

Always super friendly and attentive. I was shopping for 3 different birthdays and they let me and my son set up in the corner on the floor so we could go through everything we were considering purchasing. It was a mess to say the least lol. But we always have fun when we visit. Excellent store!!!

Always a pleasure doing business here. The staff is always polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. With the rare exception of their computers going down, they have always put in an effort to find me what I am after. I've been to Gamestops across the country when I was a professional driver, and while I would love to chalk these experiences up to a brilliant local team, I have had excellent experiences at every store I've been to. My respect and appreciation to the local store, and honestly to the whole company. My games library would be far sparser without their bargain bins!

Love the layout. Very roomy and a lot of great inventory! The store was packed and the employees were swamped being so close to Christmas so I didn't get the best idea of their normal customer service but they were still nice so there's that. I did like being able to go online and order and play for it and just get there and pick it up. Strongly suggest to my friends and family!

Didn't have the game I wanted,but the dude working was super patient and nice and told me that it was at the gamestop next to target,and I found it there,so thanks for helping me out

The staff here are so sweet and polite and helpful! The store has a nice layout. Not too crowded or claustrophobic but plenty to look at. The manager Christine was especially nice.

I loved it! They didn't have the game we needed but they were very nice about ordering it for us! The lady working there was very friendly and the store had a nice atmosphere and a lot of cool merchandise, I will definitely come back! ♡

Very friendly and helpful are they very busy because there was only one person working, she never got agitated and I called ahead she had my purchase waiting right at the register. Great service with a smile under high stress.

I take my son here to get games. He absolutely loves this place. The guy behind the counter is always in a good mood and is real informative about the games

You're obviously not gonna see or read this unless you care about the reviews. I only ever spend 5 minutes most in the store, I find my game or gift card, cash my coupons, the people are nice and I'm on my way. But if you're looking through the reviews and see someone's 1 star rating with terrible grammar and angry words, I just want to make it aware that particular customer was either making it hard for the employee to cooperate, or asking for something that couldn't be done. All any employee wants is to get paid and get home, and when you come in here with the playstation you dropped in the bathtub or something expecting to get a full return, of course you're going to piss somebody off.
Used products are not worth the same as new products.
For the record I'm not employed or endorsed by Gamestop in any way, I just want the nice review reading people to know it's not their fault. Just practice a bit of patience and you're going to be fine.

I see all of these bad reviews and I've NEVER had a single problem from this gamestop. Neither have any of my friends or family. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and will try to help you find exactly what you need even if they're busy. They'll call other stores and check the back room. They always answer the phones when we call, even if they've been closed for a bit. I love the staff and the store is well organized.

Best GameStop we've been to! Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. They didn't have what we needed in their store, so a team member drove to another store to get it for us. Management is also very responsive to customers. Excellent customer service.

Love this location. Birthdays and Christmas my boys make a list, I give it to them and yhey find everything I need. And if they don't have they call around and Try to find it. Now that's customet service. The boys love Mr. Peter don't ever let him get away.

Always have fun game chats with these people. Thy are very nice and helpful. Also they give us a lot of extra game promo stuff when they dont have too. I dont understand why they are rated so low. I've been with these guys for a long time now and they are absolutely wonderful.
