This is consistently the best in person post office I've been to. So good, that I'm actually writing a google review for a post office. The staff is always friendly even during the lunchtime chaos; Pao is probably the best in office USPS employee I've worked with.

Always helpful, friendly staff. I have been going to this branch for over 15 years, and never had a bad experience. The way service used to be in the US.

Every time I go to this postal office, and most of those I've visited, I get treated really well. The employees at the postal office are really nice, and so is the postal lady delivering at my house

So I am from Milwaukee, WI. I went to the Pewaukee USPS to inquire on a package this afternoon to inquire about a package I made a mistake on. I accidentally sent it to an incorrect address in Saint Paul, MN. At the Pewaukee location, the supervisor simply said I should not come back to the post office for another few weeks, and my package would be a hassle to receive. Knowing that the last shipping notification took place yesterday, I knew there was hope that the package could still be in Saint Paul, and not with all of the “dead mail” yet. The staff at this Saint Paul location took the time to look all over for my package, rather than simply brush me off. The man I spoke to ended up finding my package, and will have it shipped to the correct address tomorrow.(I wish I knew his name, because he deserves a kudos...I hope this review finds him.)

This location went above and beyond, while my own post office was not at all helpful. THANK YOU!

I don’t understand why this Post Office has such negative reviews. Every time I contact them regarding packages, the staff is very helpful and accommodating. The staff is friendly and never acts like they are in a hurry when I call them. Great customer service🤗

Wonderful people and great service! Two people were figuring out how to help me with sending high value item to Russia and did their best to make sure that it’s secure and inexpensive. I’m so happy I stopped by here

Every time I go there on a weekly basis, each member of the staff is cordial and helpful. I rarely have a more than a 5 minute wait besides.
Top-shelf service.

I have never had an issue with this post office. Some of the people who have written reviews have obviously never worked customer service. And it shows.

The guy that helped me was super nice and helpful. Not only that but there were 3 other people ahead of me and I was in and out in about 5 minutes.

Good location easy to get and out fast has self help shipping or you can go to the counter they also have mail boxes you can rent.

This is the best place to take your packages. Always helpful and line moves very fast!
