Would really like to find a place who hasn’t been under new management 7 times in the past 3 years. I keep hearing about all this stuff that happens here, I’ve looked into this place multiple times but it always seems to be the same people changing the date of when the new management took place. I really feel uncomfortable with this location from all of the things I’ve seen, read, and have been told by “new management”

We rented a facility earlier this year to store our belongings as we packed, getting ready to move into our new home. Our unit quickly filled up as we transferred belongings into storage as we waited on our closing date and and occupation of our new home. We were utterly disgusted when my husband stopped by one day and upon opening our unit found that it had been broken into and ransacked. Multiple household items, small kitchen appliances, a vast stock of Avon products and an extensive set of crystal serving pieces that held deep sentiment value were stolen. What was left behind was emptied out with the boxes screwed all over. My husband attempted to contact you by phone and left multiple messages for you to call him. He never heard from anyone. WHY?? Do you not feel you bear some responsibility for the property that is entrusted to your facility? You owe us an explanation as to why you refused to talk with my husband, and you owe us for every item that was "stolen" from your facility!!
