I bought a screen protector from Best Buy. Unfortunately, I dropped my phone in our driveway and the screen cracked...or at least I thought it did. My phone is vital to my real estate business, so I immediately drove to Best Buy. The kindest young man named Brandon helped me. To my surprise, the screen protector was broken, but not the glass on my phone! Brandon removed the damaged screen protector, cleaned it, and replaced it with a new one. I will definitely be returning to this location, because of that young man! Top notch!

I put in an online order for an open box item to pick up on the Oxford store. When I got the the store the staff were friendly and helpful but I wasn't pleased with the item because it was missing a piece I needed. I understand this is a risk of purchasing open box. The employees could tell I wasn't 100% satisfied and asked a manager to come chat with me. I was expecting them to offer a refund and send me on my way. Instead, the manager Patrick took the time to listen and went above and beyond to solve the problem. Now I can use the item exactly how I was hoping at a great price. I'll be back and will recommend this store to others.

BestBuy is a great place to buy electronics. The staff are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the items they sell. Their stores typically have a pretty clear layout, also. You can walk in the front doors and see where things are pretty easily.

One of the sales team helped me look at products and find the one best for me. Which happened to be online only. Help me order it and get delivery to my home set up was very mindful of me living in an apartment and making sure the delivery was safe to stay at my door if nobody was home. Also explained the the product warranty to help me decide if I needed it or not.

We were greeted at the door by a really nice guy! He was able to tell us right where the item we were looking for was located. We were in and out in no time at all. Cashier was also very nice and helpful.

I usually won't review Best Buy because it's not my 1st go-to for gadgets, but the help I got from Ashton was top-notch! He listened to the jumbled up thoughts I had in my mind and helped me figure out how to work with the equipment I already had.

Kyle the Manager with Isaiah and Grey helped me with great service. I had dropped my wallet, fell out of an old pair pants. They checked out the video. Found that I had put in my pocket k. Then they searched until Kyle found. Christmas is a bad time to lose your wallet. Thanks again for helping me out.

Employees were very helpful! In fact, they were a little TOO helpful. I thought I was stealing something by the time I left because every minute someone came by to ask me if I needed help or if I was finding everything okay LOL. Thank you!

My purchase was really easy and the associate at this location was very knowledgeable. I purchased a Fire stick for the lake RV, I have WiFi, but just tired of the open air channels.

I want to Shout out Justin (one of the mangers) for his patience and help. Also Cassidy, she answered all my questions and provided the best information for the computer I was looking at for my work at home position. Justin took care of us due to a mistake from the call center telling us the wrong closing time. Again, thank you both. Y’all provided the best service I’ve had in a long time.

Helpful and well stocked. The front registers were down due inclement weather but they were still able to check us out promptly and with a smile. Doing everything they can to keep shoppers and staff safe in the pandemic too. We would have used curbside pickup but were not sure what we needed. Staff was helpful in that area.

We had to buy us a new stove. After going to several other stores we went to Best Buy and found what we were looking for. The guy that helped us was wonderful and now we have to wait until delivery day but we have bought two major appliances here in the last six months. We highly recommend this particular store.
