If you haven't tried the new Cantina Chicken menu, your missing out. I had the burrito & quesadilla and it was amazing

Amanda is the best employee of the Taco Bell in Oxford Alabama. She's never made my orders wrong and she already knows what I'm ordering. She's amazing and I think that she needs a good promotion I would give her more stars if I could! Go Amanda your amazing at your job!

The cashier didn't seem like she wanted to be their but, the restaurant itself was spotless. The food was done within 10 minutes. The food was perfect to my taste!! I recommend coming here if you're going by.

The one in Anniston is the most friendly compared to the other surrounding locations especially during the morning shifts. They always have the mobile orders correct and always upbeat. The food is always cooked perfectly and served warm as well.

We went through the drive threw. Line moved very quickly. Customer service was great.

I wanted a Mexican melt which they don't make any longer but a cheese roll up and add beef voila!

The young lady at the drive thru window was very sweet and the person helping place my order. Was ordering for my youngest daughter.

We had not visited TB in a very long time , because last couple visits were "wrong". Food old, cold , just throwed together. Plus lettuce was moldy. & Consequences for what we did eat later. But since TB reinstated the pizza my husband wanted it. I was the voice of reasoning. However we were both pleasantly surprised with all food. Fresh , hot , made right & neatly. We were there during lunch rush too & service was in a very timely manner. Only one thing could have made our visit perfect , build a TB in our hometown Heflin Alabama so we don't have to drive 50 miles... 🤩

The food was good but since it was slow the employees were standing around laughing and talking. Some of my sour cream barely made it onto my tacos.

Service was fast. Order was accurate and so hot and fresh I couldn't eat it immediately. Best Taco Bell I've been to in a while

They didn't have enough workers I picked up straw wrappers that were on floor in customer areas I was afraid I'd fall. The area where the workers were had spilt food and napkins on floor it was dangerous for the workers. The workers were doing there best they were slammed with customers

This location does a decent job at service and food quality depending on the time of day. Late night serves better food and good service while day time it's slightly better service but the food quality declines.

Kid friendly!!! And the food and service is great too!
I went with my friend and our 2 grandchildren. My friend and our grandchildren have been local residents for years but I have just relocated to Anniston, Alabama.
She confirmed that this is a great Taco Bell because it's always clean and your order will always be correct and hot. Plus the kids can play inside on a big indoor and air conditioned Playground.
We were there during a rainstorm and spent 2 and a half hours there without realizing how long it had been!!!
I highly recommend this Taco Bell to everyone!!!

We went to this specific Tacobell because we were visiting the area for a graduation. This Tacobell was the best I had been to in at least a year or two. Definitely way better than either one of the two in my area where we live.
