Warm and caring staff. But customers not using the self service kiosks or using the McDonald's App to order. I use the McDonald's App all the time for the rewards and deals which can't be beat. Next time you're at your local McDonald's use the McDonald's App. It's a lot faster, with faster service. You can also order ahead on the app. Had some interior changes. The removal of some seating.

One of the best around! Always fast service and smiling faces! Rarely do they make any mistakes with my order but if they do, they are extremely good about apologizing and fixing it very quickly!

Drive through early in the morning right on time...the lady is very nice drank and food good

There's sweet tea was nasty because the tea counter has not been cleaned out and defective.you know how in the bottom of the couter gets that film in it and makes the tea taste nasty.

Imagine if your local McDonald's fired all of their employees and hired the entire crew from Chick-fil-A...... That's what this McDonald's location feels like. It's the best one I've ever been to. The employees are always polite, the drive-thru actually moves quickly, the orders are right the first time, and the food is actually cooked correctly. It's almost like the managers and employees actually care about their jobs and aren't annoyed at anyone who has the audacity to purchase something at their restaurant...... What a novel approach for McDonald's. I assume that there might be other McDonald's locations in the world with equally as good service, but I've not been able to find one.

Manager Jamie at this McDonalds is fantastic. It’s obvious that she keeps this McDonalds running efficiently on her shift. The food is fast and fresh, and her work ethic is imitated by the rest of the staff, who are helpful and pleasant. Jamie sets the example and thus McDonalds is fortunate to have her!

It’s the first time I used the mobile phone software to buy here. A girl with blue short sleeves and glasses was very enthusiastic to help me and helped me use the coupon that suits me best. Her service is very attentive! I am so grateful to her, thanks to the staff who still make food for all of us during the holidays. Happy Thanksgiving Day!

I've been driving through this section of town for about 10 years now. That I can recall, I've never had a bad experience at this McDonald's. Employees are always friendly. And the food is always good, as far as McDonald's goes

Fast drive through service, meal with fries were fresh.
Staff was very friendly and courteous.
Easy access to get back on the main road (red-light on side road) without crossing traffic.

I cannot complain, I had a very pleasant visit, store was clean and employees were very polite!

The service was excellent but the icing on the cake was when the manager brought my food to me personally. She was, gracious, extremely pleasant , and very humble . This good old southern charm and hospitality reminded me of what the ATL was like some 30 years ago .

The crew here is working hard to make this place great. I got a chicken biscuit this morning with a funky patty. They were sso nice and apologetic about it. I got the option of getting a new one already made, a refund, or a cooked to order one. Accidents happen and they handled it gracefully. Way to go guys!
