Javon provided the best customer service. When my house mate moved out we needed to replace a couch. I placed an order online but saw that there was a coupon I could have used. Javon was able to retroactively get me a significant amount of store credit for a sale happening on the site after I had already placed my order. It ended up being a complicated process but he was very helpful every step of the way to get me the most value for my purchase. This was all during a literal pandemic so it was completely online and over the phone. If you need furniture that is completely clean and serviceable but don't want to buy something new, this is the place.

Went in to buy a couch with my roommate. Browsed and found a couch we wanted - good comfy 3-seater couch, clean, good price. Purchased it with Dan, who worked with us to figure out delivery options. He ended up suggesting we rent a van from uhaul (walking distance right down the road) since neither of our schedules worked with the delivery times available, and so we did that. When we got there with the van Dan was there waiting at the loading dock with our new couch, ready to help load it in. Good handshake with eye contact when we said goodbye. Very smooth couch-buying experience.

Shopping for a sofa. Walked in. Friendly, professional, non over-burdening staff. Found a great sofa at an unbelievable price. Salesman even gave me a huge discount on 2 table lamps. 5 star service. AND SAME DAY DELIVERY. Skip the over priced shops downtown. Take the trek out and check this place out. Rarely write reviews, but this place is a must.

Awesome place!! Great prices on gently used furniture. Sales staff is willing to help any way they can and they make furniture shopping a breeze. Bought a huge sectional from them a month ago and it came fully cleaned and in good condition.

Some great deals! Professional staff! Mostly used products that are almost like new. But there are a few to have a keen eye out for evidence of being worn/used. Great place!
