Our new pool installation was an excellent experience! Beginning with our sales person Linda Underwood, who provided us with a relaxing, comprehensive, and no pressure consultation. Ron Palmer, our construction manager, provided us with great communication, keeping us updated every step of the way. All crews were friendly and did a great job as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering the installation of a new pool!

The planning process with Ron Williams was absolutely amazing. He was patient and creative with us, honest and down to earth. The construction process started ahead of our expectations which was welcomed and the crew were professional friendly and hard working. We received daily updates from the construction manager on daily activities and next steps, we had a thorough pool school where we learned everything we needed to know to take care of and maintenance our pool. There really is no other pool company better. Don’t bother with a second quote!

I would like to start by saying what an excellent experience it was working with Aegean pools! From start to finish it was very well organized, professional, and an efficient process. Jesse met us out at our house to help us begin to shape our dream and make it come true. He had great advice and experience , he never tried to over sell us or lead us into a direction that was not in our best interests. Ron, the project manager was in contact every day with an update and they always stayed on schedule and showed up when they said they would be there. Which is sometimes rare in this business. Samantha in the office was very well organized and was available for questions. I was also contacted by a customer service representative who stayed in touch through the process to ensure everything was going smoothly and everyone was doing their job.

Jesse also had hard scape company who did a spectacular job with the pavers! Absolutely killed it with the custom look and unique layout we were looking for. When it comes to the pavers there are so many options, so having someone with experience is very valuable. I even got a second quote to keep things honest and he wasn’t offended, he simply asked that it be a good company because it was in his best interest to be sure his pools are surrounded by a quality material and installation.

In closing obviously I would recommend using this company. This is the second pool I have built and this experience simply blows the first one out of the water. We get so many compliments from everyone who comes over to visit! Thanks again Jesse and team.

We’re relatively new to the area and are happy to have found our new pool store. Great team of people who gave us all the time and attention we needed. Mike is extremely knowledgeable - I had to start taking notes with all the advice he provided. Today is their 40th anniversary and I can see why they’ve stayed in business so long. LOVE Aegean Pools! They have great customer service and really made us feel confident during the whole planning and building process. Very transparent about costs, features, and helping us get a solution that fits our family. We love our liner pool, with the water heater and automatic cover. Don't wait for your Oasis!

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Crew was respectful, communication was fantastic everything went exactly like they said. The concrete crew was very friendly and honest and they were able to do exactly what I was looking for! A lot of our neighbors have horror stories because they didn’t use Aegean! Use aegean!!! We had a really great overall experience with Aegean Pools. Our space was tight and we wanted the biggest pool that could fit – given the size of the project and the complex nature of our space, it seemed obvious to go with the pool company that had the most experience. We joined the waiting list in July of 2020 with an estimated break-ground date of July 2021. Right on schedule they started digging on 28 June, liner went in 20 July, our first swim was 24 July, and our concrete was finished 8 Sept. Aegean is a well-oiled machine and we have been very satisfied with our experience. We look forward to a full pool season next summer!

We had Agean build us a new pool. I called them several times to get an estimate and had a hard time getting a call back, but luckily I went down to the store and was able to get a quote. From that point on they were extremely attentive and professional. Linda the saleswoman was very knowledgable and helpful, always answered her phone, and really worked with us to get what we wanted. It was almost a year wait from contract to breaking ground, but once it started they were like a well oiled machine. The guy who transitions the construction of the pool, Ron, was so pleasant to work with. I have one issue and it is the concrete job, the attention to detail left a little to be desired, but they said they will come and fix it when the sealer wears off. I asked around and everybody with a pool recommended Agean and so do I. This company delivered an excellent product with zero complications or unseen issues. I would not change a thing.

Had a great experience. Original dig date was April of 2023. They called in October of 2022 and started early. Pool was done and had concrete by Christmas. Every time I had a question or concern they handled it right away. Workers were awesome, polite and kept yard clean. Highly recommend.

Aegean was called in to pick up where another dealer left off (the planning stage). We had phenomenal support during the design process, where their pre sales consultant endured a Million questions from us. Great follow through in the stage. Once we closed the sale, Aegean was able to squeeze some time out of the schedule and broke ground 2/1. By 3/1, we were almost completely done with the basics. While we did have issues with our heater - despite pre
Sales work we found gas supply from utility was insufficient - aegean stuck with us through that and training us how to use and maintain the pool. Support during the install and afterwards has been great and we have been thrilled!

Great company! We had a tricky installation given the configuration of our backyard. Aegean Pools worked closely with our landscaper to ensure everything happened like way we wanted it. We are very happy with the installation, the lab facilities, winterization services, and the retail store.

Had a good experience with this company I was told to use them and I am glad I decided to. One thing I can say is that LINDA the sales person was the best point of contact and overall person that you could meet and do business with. She will get the job done and you wont be dissatisfied with the service. In general everyone was nice and polite I had to push at times but the job got done in record time, thanks to Ron, Linda and the Aegean Family I am a proud customer!
