Buckle

Had a couple items to return and shopped with my daughter. The store was clean and easy to find what we were looking for.
Maddy Bouers helped us find the right sizes, exchanged the items we brought back, and was very friendly. Love this location!

Friendly staff, Kaelie and Maddie were very kind and helpful. They helped me pick out my very first pair of hey dudes. Very nice and well mannered and gave great advice on the product, sold me on em. I typically do not go to this store and have never gotten anything from there before but I will be a returning customer after today.

Amazing store, Taylor and Jessica were the bomb. Taylor ran around the store and grabbed things she thought my daughter might like. We had a blast. Thanks ladies you were so wonderful and we will definitely be shopping at your store again because of you both. XOXO

Amazing! I was helped as soon as I walked in. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I walked out with 3 pairs of pants and a shirt. I drove from another city and was very happy that I got what I came for. Thank you very much Buckle for hiring such great employees.

They take great care of you while you’re shopping helpful, they show you great options. The training manager was rad yesterday! I can tell you everything but his name sorry buddy:) Thank you for making it a fun place. 5 stars great clothes awesome staff.

There is one younger fellow who just had a baby he was so nice in store and helpful we were in there with our son and he was completely understanding of having a child and still trying to get our order taken care of. I even had to call in because I forgot to pick up a different order and got the same guy **Top notch service* he was awesome and will keep bringing our business back!

Great jeans, excellent customer service - nothing else like them at the mall or anywhere in Medford.
Hannah was extremely helpful and nice. They are hemming my jeans at no additional cost and getting them ready quickly at my request. Highly recommend shopping at Buckle. (I also wrote a review on Yelp with more info.).

Seriously amazing Store! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I live 2hrs away in Crescent City, so if I’m not going to be in the Medford area and My wife or I need something, then I give my girl Hannah a ring, and she uses my Buckle card and has it shipped directly to me! This buckle store is small. But their hard working staff always makes it easier to find what i want. They really do go out of their way to help.

I always have such a hard time shopping for jeans and Sakuna made it so easy for me. I can't thank you enough for how amazing your staff is.A++++++ I wish there were more people out to help their customers the way Sakura was there to help me.

So, I needed a winter HAT, not a beanie, or a baseball cap, nor a knitted cap, but a HAT with a brim for a 5'2" person. I dragged myself ALL over Ashland, thinking I should be able to buy a hat there, but NONE of them fit and the prices, ouch la la !$!
So then I went to both Macy's, nope, not even Pendleton!
I was on my LONG way, exhausted, to Kohl's when I saw HATS in the window of Buckle. They were also too large. I had one in my hand and asked an employee if I could order a small. I had read it was adjustable, but I didn't know how this worked.
It turns out this was Derek, the manager. He looked at my capped head. reached beneath the inside of the hat and made a quick velcro adjustment and it fit, perfectly!
I immediately had my perfectly fitting hat for winter!

With this and past reviews in mind, the experience is what you make it. It was fun to explore all Buckle Medford has to offer. Shout out to Jeshua and the few sales reps who were so considerate and helpful. Cheers and till again!

The people there were so nice they had exactly what I was looking for and if they don't have it in the store you can ask if they have it online and they can get it sent to you within 4 to 6 days
