This place is super cool. Coach Stephanie let me park my tractor on the property while I exercised. As a truck driver we really get out of shape but coach Stephanie has the ability to modify any workout to fit our needs. She has a body scanner to help us see exactly what our health is looking like and nutrition drinks with protein and energy that is 1,000 times healthier than drinking monster . Thank you coach Stephanie, you are amazing.

This is the best gym ever! I have never, in my life woken up each day wanting to go work out, but the owner, Stephanie makes you feel like you can do anything! Guns & Buns is the most supportive, team environment I've ever been a part of! She offers everything from chair to boot camp, and adapts to your level! I can't say enough good things about Guns & Buns! Give it a try!!
