My husband and I joined this gym about 2 years ago. It is very well equipped and maintained. They have friendly and helpful staff. It is a comfortable place for people of all fitness levels. The personal trainers are knowledgeable and committed to helping you meet your health and fitness goals.

Love this gym! All of the staff are always so courteous and professional. The manager Crystal is so amazing and helpful! I always feel safe and comfortable in Focus Fit. This gym is very clean and has all the equipment/amenities you need!

So I don’t usually get on these things and give reviews but there is an employee whose name is John first who deserves a bit of praise ! I was having an issue with my auto pay (not the employees fault ) may have been the system messing up and John absolutely did everything in his power to make sure he could fix the problem knowing that something like this has happened to me at a different gym. Employees like him are important to have in such situations due to his calmness and willingness to fix the problem. This gym definitely already feels like a home now so focus fit keep it up because out of all the gyms in Spring Hill I’ve been to you guys have been very accommodating !

Love this gym so much. Friendly staff, a welcoming environment and overall just a great place to workout. I started coming about 2 years ago or so to restart my fitness journey and this place has been like a 2nd home since.

Who could want any more ... 24-hour access professional trainers professional equipment. The facility is kept immaculate. The staff is great they're always smiling..... hmmm they may be up to something that makes the club even better

Mary and the whole staff truly are amazing and make you feel like family! Not once have I felt out of place at this facility! Affordable to which is even better! I like that we can go at anytime due to our crazy work schedules!

Very pleased with the office staff and the cleanliness of the gym people are very friendly from the time I scan my card to the time I leave and does a tremendous job of keeping the bathrooms and all the equipment spotless.

This is where I go for GAINS! I walk in the door and feel all warm and fuzzy like something magical is about to happen and then…..THE MAGIC HAPPENS! They have just about everything you need to make your day not only majestic but photogenic as well! I go in handle business and walk out proud like a white stallion horse with skates on SMOOTH….like a hot comb on nappy hair. Enjoy your lift!

I love this gym! Ranges from families to bodybuilders to first time gym users and the energy is always positive and welcoming to everyone. The new manager brought a much needed community feel to the place and made some great changes. Great equipment and always clean! 🙏🏽

Awesome place to train at right in town! The gym has transformed under new management and has brought a lot of positive and like minded people together. Focus Fit is both more affordable and higher quality compared to competing gyms in the area.

This gym is super clean. They have new equipment which is awesome. The whole staff is very friendly and always willing to answer any questions! The new manager Leah has completely turned the gym morale around in a very short time.

New management has made this gym the best I've ever been to. Super clean and pleasant staff, with great equipment and plenty of space. Atmosphere is very friendly. Very pleased at changes made and many of my patients attend here as well and they appreciate it as well.
