Best Gym in Hernando County!!! A must go if you want results. My trainer Montana Wilson is OUTSTANDING. With the results to prove she establishes herself as a trainer by not only educating you on what whole foods to eat but also her expertise on training without over doing it which can lead to injury. Absolutely the perfect balance.

We are new to the area, and had checked out several different fitness and health clubs in the area, prior to arriving at Epic.
And from the moment that we walked through the front door at Epic, we knew we had found what we were looking for in a Health Club.
We were shown in great detail, how each piece of equipment could benefit us, and help us reach our personal goals.
And since joining Epic, we can honestly say that the Epic Team has gone way beyond anything we expected.
Actually the positive energy and enthusiasm from the Epic Team, is nothing but contagious, which creates and feeds a positive attitude.
We can’t thank Christian and Montana enough, because they truly do go above and beyond, and know how to walk their talk.

What a beautiful club!! Finally finding a real gym with all the best equipment. I love being able to use gyms in different areas and with 24 hour access. So glad I got my epic start and all the great nutritional information and workout plan, it was a huge help

What an awesome gym! I have personally been to all 4 epic health and fitness locations. Original member of the first epic! All i can say is WOW this gym is legit. The layout and equipment they have is awesome! The owners, staff, and trainer are amazing and will help you meet and exceed your fitness goals!

Incredible gym with knowledgeable staff! They offer a lot of amazing classes from Zumba, Boot camp, Yoga, Toning, Ab class and ageless fitness classes. These classes are available in the morning and evening. Isabel, Richard, Heather and Raelle are the best and go the extra mile to help you reach your goals!! Highly recommend!!!

Great atmosphere amazing and knowledgeable staff. Water fountain water is cold lol. Clean gym top notch equipment and child care for a couple of hours makes going to the gym even better.

Epic health has been a life changer for me. Since I started I have become much more fit and healthy. They have a wonderful staff and great trainers, and I want to give a huge shout out to Patty Carr who has coached me thru so far. She has been supportive and helpful…and knows just the right ways to help her clients. I can’t say enough positive about this gym and the people there. They all make you feel welcome and comfortable, no matter what your condition…

I have been a member at Epic gym in Brooksville FL and I love the classes and all the state of the art equipment. Love the yoga and zumba classes, so glad they have it here in Brooksville.

I had just recently moved to FL from NY, I wasn’t too sure of the traffic patterns here. I found epic but the only one with childcare was the location in Brooksville. Which I had found out too late that it was a 30 minute ride with traffic. The manager Montana was extremely accommodating when she heard that this was the reason I had to cancel my membership. She was very understanding and professional.

I have never enjoyed the gym, until now. Supportive people that never push. Constant encouragement from the staff. Good equipment and a gym that is kept clean. Highly recommend.

Very cool and friendly staff! Got me signed up and saved me some money with signing up 2 people for February! They do a Paramedic/fire discount too! The gym is awesome I have never been in one like this and it’s a great growing atmosphere for everyone’s journey!
