I needed a computer to start a work from home job. I thought I was going to buy a laptop because I shop from home a lot and that’s what I had in mind. I decided to visit Best Buy. The tech savvy employees there shared with me something way better. I got an ALL IN One with an extra monitor. And they gave me an incredible open box price. What a steal. I’ve had this computer HP for 3,months. I made a very good decision. Thanks to the employees at Best Buy and me getting out the house to shop retail instead of online.

Went in with my boss after work so he could buy a new TV and robot vacuum. The guy who helped us, wish I could remember his name, got my boss hooked up with the TV he wanted at hundreds less than he thought he would spend and the robot vacuum was on sale so it was 150 bucks cheaper. I would definitely go here again to make any electronic purchases! Thanks for reading

As I was waiting in line to pick up my order and noticed how an employee named Al (at least that’s what his shirt said) was PATIENTLY listening a customer with disabilities (seems like speech impairment). He treated this African American young man with all the respect he deserves.

Found prices on line website. Went to store in Spring Hill. Spoke with the knowledgeable salesperson and purchase our t.v. without a hitch! Very good experience!

The store is really up to date. The staff are always around to help. Kyle answered all the questions I had. Lots of computers to choose from.

Went to Best Buy to buy a car stereo. The staff was very helpful. We did buy a Kenwood stereo. Next will be the speakers 🔊 😎! 😆😁

Came in for 2 specific items. A staff member quickly approached me because I looked like a shoplifter, but he helped find what I needed, cashed me out and had me swiftly escorted out the store by the Secret Service.

I exchanged a Chromebook that my wife wanted, and a girl named Sierra helped me with my exchange. She was extremely helpful and had a good idea of what I was looking for as she actually listened and made the exchange very easy. She even saved me $60.00! I was extremely satisfied with my visit and the outstanding service Sierra provided!

Got these beauty's from best buy few months back. We are a samsung family🤷‍♀so only fitting that our appliances are🙊 But seriously, best machines ever!!! They were delivered on time, and installed quickly. I got a crash course on how to use them also. Both at the store and delivery- the employees were great. They were delivered on time, and painless process.
