So I was apprehensive to go there after all the bad reviews, specifically about having to wait well after your appt time. I just went for my 2:40 p.m. appt and the nurse practitioner we're waiting for me when I got there at 2:37 p.m. Out of my appt by 2:47 p.m.
Very professional, very quick. I'll have no hesitations to go here again and will recommend it to friends and family.

Marianne was a great help with my nerves and loads of questions. She is very understanding and great at what she does!

Dewanda Porter is incredible at what she does. She got me to smile when I felt terrible, and she clearly loves what she does. She is thorough and accurate. Be nice to her. This clinic is always busy, with at least an hour wait. The system will text you 30 min before, so go home and wait.
Probably one of the most pleasant and effective clinic appointments I've ever had. As long as your symptoms fit the ailments described as treatable at Minute Clinic website, try this option.

The nurse practitioner was absolutely wonderful. She was understanding and helpful during my daughter's visit to the clinic. In and out in reasonable time.

We're very good going through everything with me and helped me get better! Very friendly and good explaining the details so I understood what I needed to do. They set up my antibiotic at the pharmacy so I could pick it up right after!

A clean space in a separate, private room in the CVS. A relatively short wait for an urgent care and a kind, professional staff member!

What a joke! We went there because my girlfriend was experiencing strep and flu like symptoms. Seeing as she does not have health insurance, we figured this would be a decent place to go to get basic healthcare. We paid about $180 for the visit and test. The rapid strep test was negative, but there was still a chance she could have it, so they sent it off to the lab for further testing. They prescribed her Lidocaine, with instructions to gargle the Lidocaine to help numb the pain in her throat. They also told her to take Ibuprofen, and told her NOT to take over the counter cold medication, as they said this will not help. Maybe so. A day later things have gotten worse. They followed up by calling her today, as the results were supposed to be in today. They were not, and now we are told that they will be in tomorrow. So improper expectations were set from the get go. Then, to add insult to injury, they told her to go to the emergency room. She asked if they would treat her or just run the same test they had already run, the nurse said she did not know. She didn't seem concerned at all about her condition, and to suggest an emergency room visit for a non-life threatening (at this time) condition is outrageous.

Sure, she should have signed up for health insurance when she had the chance, but she couldn't afford it at the time. We went here because we thought it would be a good place to go to seek medical assistance and the knowledge of a certified practitioner. We came to find out that they do not know what they are doing and wasted our time and money.

I would not EVER recommend this Minute Clinic to anybody.

Scheudled an online appointment a day in advance. Waited all day for the appointment. Drove 25 mins for the appointment, was faced with unforeseen traffic. Called the number that MinuteClinic has listed....an 866# representive on the line tells me not worry, we have a 10 minute grace period. I arrive at CVS within the 10 minute grace period. I go to the pharmacy because any other location I have been in MinuteClinic is always near the pharmacy. I wait in line to check in, a few minutes go by so I start looking around while I'm waiting. I realize there is a separate area within the store for the MinuteClinic and promptly go directly there. Only I find there isn't anyone to check in with. So, I start signing in on the computer and find that my confirmation code has expired. I am no longer in the 10 minute grace period. I start lightly knocking on the doors to let someone know I am here and I HAVE been here within the appropriate time. No one answers the doors. Finally, a woman walks out (a nurse) from behind one of the doors. I try to explain the situation to her. She has no sympathy whatsoever. Didn't even seem like she cared. It seemed like I was more of a nuisance rather than a very ill patient. She was sure to let me know that "the number you called wasn't anyone here so I don't know why they would tell you that you had a 10 minute grace period!" My question is this, if the number listed for the MinuteClinic is going to connect me with a representative FOR the MinuteClinic and they are unsure of the policies then you might want to consider listing an accurate phone number for your company or train your staff and representatives more thoroughly. Lastly, the nurse was not nice, she was not caring, she had no sympathy and she was short and rude with me. If you are a person who is dealing with sick human beings you should learn how to effectively handle them and their issues. Rather than telling me about your next patient and making them wait when no one had even checked in yet! Terrible approach. You can't teach someone customer service skills. CVS has lost my business and I will be sure to pass along my saddening experience with all I know who frequent CVS.

The MA Amy, or whatever she was was extremely rude to my 5 y/o son. All he did was try to climb on the examination table and she snapped at him to "get down" and "sit". No smiles, no warmth. She needs a job that isn't with people. Will never go back there again.

They are a Walk-in clinic that doesn't take walk-ins. Figure that out!
Their website says walk-ins accepted until 4:30. I get there at 4:15 with NOBODY there. Nobody waiting- nobody currently in the room.
Do they take me- Nope. Because someone is scheduled for 4:30 and 5.
Can I come back tomorrow? Nope- They are already filled up.
What's the point of a walk-in clinic if you have to schedule 2 days in advance?

Got to this location at 7pm last night with a sick child & there was only one person in line with someone else being seen. The screen said they were "full." How? Then while trying to figure that out, the people waiting stopped one of the doctors there going into the room to ask a question & she said she was leaving so there's only one doctor for the rest of the night. Do you think that's why they're full? Because the one decided to skip out on her shift?! POOR BUSINESS ETHIC! Way to care about the community. If you close at 8, ACTUALLY STAY THERE UNTIL 8. So ridiculous. I thought doctors are supposed to swear by a code of ethics not leave their job early on a Wednesday night. Real nice. Would never recommend this place.

We are two years into the pandemic, you’d think that by now nurses would know what CDC requirements are for travelers that have recovered from Covid. Not the ones at this location though. We needed a note from the nurse practitioner according to CDC guidelines that we are cleared to travel, since we tested positive AT CVS, quarantined and are fully recovered. She was absolutely clueless of what’s expected of her and even asked if I have ab official form (like what?) that SHE is supposed to have as a medical professional in the first place. Why do I know more about required procedures that someone who claims to be a professional. SMH

MINUTE Clinic??? HA thats hilarious. My girlfriend went in today to get a simple TB test that should take only a matter of minutes. She was there for 3 HOURS. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service. It pretty much threw off her entire day. I strongly suggest never going here. Just find a different better place to go to. A place that wont get you pissed off!
Thank you doctors for not knowing how to do your job and ruining my girlfriends day.
goodbye

Do not bother making an appointment for a flu shot. I signed in all three of us and the the woman come out to tell me there’s a wait. They let walk ins take your spot. This was AFTER I rushed to get my kids there after school to be on time for an appointment I made ahead of time. Don’t waste your time. See a real doctor

My wife arrived before 7:30pm and the computer system would not allow her to check in. The Dr. saw the last patient at 7:40 and told my wife that she could not see her because she had closing duties that she had to attend to. This doesn't seem right for a clinic that states that they are open until 8pm.

Just stay home and save yourself ALOT of money. Went in with obviously infected tonsils yesterday. They MADE me swab -90 pct conclusive for strep. AGAIN:made me send sample out and would not give me just 24s of antibiotics (ANOTHER 35.00)
. Test promised to come back today but never did! I could be feeling better by now-im not looking for opiates for God's sake. What a rip-off!!!

These people hate their life. I walked out fuming. I'd rather refuse care than to be treated like a POS by a rude, hateful woman.
