Taco Bell

One of my favorite Taco Bell’s hand down. A young staff but a good staff. Always very nice. And always says my dog is cute so total bonus. I do get a special item for her and they have never gotten it wrong.

One of the best Taco bells on the west side. This is almost as good as the one on W 117th North of Franklin. It's has good food, is done right, and they're very quick.

I came through the drive thru on may 23 on Tuesday. They were busy and clearly short staffed. But the women working the window was super nice and friendly. My food was made hot and fresh and tasted better than any other Taco Bell I have gotten. I hope staffing gets better I know how that feels. Thanks again. Amazing woman btw!

They were pretty busy. But once it's your turn it's a pleasant experience. Always polite. Foods made correctly so far every time I've ordered. Staff are sociable. Foods made correctly and is fairly close to the standards set in place for the builds. I skip one closest to me because they lack these qualities.

Drive thru was quick. Food was hot fresh and accurate

All the reviews that are negative are right. They need more staff and I found hair in my food. So...take your chances. I rarely leave negative reviews but I didn't at all have a good experience.

I guess they hired new people it was a great deal better and cleaner. Order was checked and I didn't have to. Ensuring it was accurate. Much appreciated

It's Taco Bell stay close to the rest room cuz you gotta Run for the Border!

The 5 stars is based on Taco Bell food and other stores, not in general.

The taco bell everybody knows and everyone loves. Long wait for food but it was the lunch hour. No employees acknowledge you, other patrons guided each other as to how to order or find items needed(at a kiosk only, no one up front to handle any questions or issues). The kiosk was filthy with finger prints and hand prints. Not disenfected as is much needed in this day and age. At least some hand sanitizer. Food was consistent with the taco bell I've always had and crave.

I have to give their staff a great review! Everytime I go there they are so efficient and friendly. I'm a vegetarian so I'm typically ordering something special (like rice instead of beef, etc) and this location is One of the few Taco Bells that my order is always correct. I even witnessed the manager (while working on the line with his employees) tell a employee that looked overwhelmed during a busy lunch rush that he was doing great job but if he needed to take a minute to step aside that he could and that spoke volumes to me that he cared that much for his team. You don't typically find that in fast food restaurants.

Good service. Can't say anything negative about this Taco bell, I've only had good experiences. Even when understaffed, the staff will try to give out extras or something to make up for a long wait.

Have been really great about handling larger orders lately and very nice to bring it out to my car when they need extra time!!

By far the best Taco Bell in north east Ohio. They have very well trained staff Who are kind and respect there customers. They are also always open and even if the line is long very late at night they get the line to move at a decent speed. They do get crowd when the rocky River Taco Bell is full but you have to pay a price to get what you want.

This Taco Bell had a wonderful employee tonight at the window. Very patient and thoroughly explained a couple of the tacos that I was curious about. I came home and took a shower before eating and my potatoes were still warm so I know they were hot and fresh when they handed the food over.. I ultimately felt the need to write this review because Madison A. at the window was kind and I wish there were more people like her in fast food service! 🙂

These guys never mess up my order. It's always hot and made right. No complaints here.

Been a customer for years. Great service, friendly employees, food always made great, always a class act! The staff have been very helpful to me all through the pandemic; Helping me with walk-up orders since I don't own car. Nicest Taco Bell in the area!

For a Taco Bell (you know what to expect), it meets all of my expectations. We sometimes order very large orders via the app for everyone at work. They get everything right pretty much every time. That's impressive for a fast food place!

This and the North Olmsted are tied for best I'm the area, in my opinion.

Surprisingly this location is a little cheaper than the others and actually offers a dollar menu, unlike the other.

My only complaint is that their hours haven't been consistent since covid and they close earlier than most.

If you want Taco Bell after 8pm, go to the one on Westlake on Columbia and Detroit.
