Installed a new set of custom wheels on our CT6 Cadillac. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Fast service and no damage to the new wheels when mounting the tires. Definitely my go to tire shop in the future. Thanks for the great service!

We are very pleased with our first visit to Pelc! The person who greeted us and arranged our service was professional but friendly, and very helpful. The waiting area was clean and pleasant. The work they did on our vehicle was top-notch, as well as very fairly priced. We plan to make Pelc our go-to service center and definitely recommend them to any one who is looking for reliable car care.

Clifford and the team were able to get me back on the road despite arriving with less than an hour before they closed. This was my first time being in the new office building/waiting area. Everything is bright and clean. They made sure I was comfortable and updated me about my tire issue. 10/10 experience!

I got a flat I'm 2023 C8 Corvette run flat tire. They got me in very quickly and Joey the technician was extremely careful fixing my issue and decided not to use power tool so he would not damage the rims. I would definitely recommend this company

Not being from this area I had to ask for a reliable tire and service provider in the area. Without question the place everyone recommended was Pelc Tire and Service Center. Not knowing what was going on with my vehicle they could have told me anything and I would have believed it. They checked my vehicle thoroughly and found only a balljoint that in time would need to be replaced. For now my drive back to Georgia should be uneventful. I want to thank the staff could not have been more attentive, assuring, and professional. It is refreshing to know that you can still find honesty in business. The staff at Pelc Tire in Fairhope AL are the best in the business. From the front of the store to the service guys in the shop, I have never had a bad experience here. I’ve been going to Pelc in Fairhope for my tires and repairs on my cars from shortly after they opened. Consistently had an exceptional experience in every respect: friendly knowledgeable staff, broad spectrum of expertise, quick access to tires and repair parts (including those for front suspension rebuild for my 2004 Mitsubishi), good prices, and a pleasant waiting area. I highly recommend, very highly.

There is something to be said about amazing customer service. I brought my car in because the tires were ready to be changed out. But, I was also hearing an unfamiliar sound. They drove it around and put it up to double check the axles.They decided it was just the tires. I brought it back in a week later and they replaced the tires. They took the extra 5-10 minutes to drive it around again, without my asking, to test it again for the sound I was hearing. They certainly didn’t have to do that, but again…amazing care and customer service. Love this place

Buying a jeep is a bad decision I say that first off… second if you do end up getting a jeep take it to Pelc Tire in Fairhope Alabama! They are very nice and efficient with information and time schedules I’ve had a lot done and they have always gotten it done within a day or two! This place is great you won’t be disappointed

I first used Pelc Tire to purchase a set of new tires. It was such a great experience, and Brandon made me feel as though I was his most important customer. I just had the brakes replaced on my vehicle this week. I, again, had a wonderful experience with them. I will take my car to them for all of my repairs and maintenance. I absolutely love dealing with Pelc Tire! We recently moved to the area from Tennessee, and I was very concerned I wouldn’t find an honest place of business being from out of town. I was WRONG! These guys are so professional, courteous, and kind from the minute you walk in the door, til the time you get your vehicle back. Thanks to good reviews here I discovered Pelc as I was looking for a brake job. The folks at the service desk were quite personable. I left for home expecting an all day job. About an hour hour later I got a call asking for permission to take care of the problems found with the brakes. No upselling for unrelated issues. About lunch time i got the call they were done with my Jeep. As I drove off the lot I noted the scraping sound was gone. In about a mile I found that the pulsing while braking was gone. And once i got on the road and up to about 45...OMG! I'm not fighting the wheel any more to keep it from pulling left. Alignment is fixed!

Pelc earned every dime I paid them. And they earned a customer who will be back for the next auto repair issue.

The staff are very attentive and caring. Took care of my alinement problem on a very short notice and in a small window of time. I am definitely impressed with the professional attitude and service.
