Publix Super Market at The Shoppes at Fairhope Village

I love Publix. Publix is a great supermarket store shop at and a great company to work for. The store always super nice and clean very organized. The workers are very breathtaking kind, gentle . They always ready help you with anything. Long Live Publix :)

One of the produce managers took the time to help me in their Floral department. I just wanted one white rose wrapped with some baby's breath...He did an AMAZING job! (It went over well, btw!😉) Outstanding experience! Clearly an example as to why Publix is where Shopping is a Pleasure! Kudos and THANK YOU!

I was dreading shopping for Thanksgiving groceries. I’m so glad I came here! The staff was so kind and helpful it carried over to all of the customers. I didn’t see one single person acting ugly or being rude. I was so happy when I left with all the things I needed. I can’t say the same for other grocery stores.

I called another publix bakery in our area and they were so rude. Actually that was the 2nd time they were not very nice to me. So, I called this bakery, and the staff here were so sweet, and helped me so much. They got the cake done for me quick, and it was so beautiful. Even when I picked it up, the worker was just so sweet and nice. Just wanted to say this. It does make a HUGE difference when you actually care about the customers. Thank y'all ❤.

Very clean, nice place to shop. The fruit bowl was fresh. For me it was very quick to get what I needed and cash out. Everyone that I talked to was very nice!

Always greeted with a smile from a delightfully helpful staff. Never fails to provide the most amazing deals on a wide variety of fresh fruits, vegetables & meats and so much more to be found throughout this extremely well organized, consistently clean store.

This location vacillates with quality of service. Recently, this store is showing significant improvement with helpful and engaging staff and consistently stocked inventory. Janice is doing a fabulous job in the Aprons area - she is super informative and offers great tips on meals! She represents Publix well. She thoughtfully bundled some recipe packets for our family based on our interests. Brooke, customer service, provides a warm, welcoming smile and responsive support! Mike seems to be bringing the team together! Great work, Publix crew! By the way, the Triple Threat Pork chili is the bowl of food we made at home thanks to the special chili recipes from Aprons! It was yummy!! Today, my 9-year-old picked out the prettiest flowers for her beautiful mom at a very reasonable price. Everyone happy!

Publix rarely disappoints. Sometimes it is a bit more expensive but always clean and well maintained.

Love the buy one get one. Purchased a red velvet cake for the holidays and it was decorated beautifully

I have been shopping at Public's since this store opens. If you didn't not know this vendors pay Walmart to put their product on the shelves and even to what shelf. But the problem for me its not a real grocery. Does not have that item you might need.
Public's is a real grocery store they have a big selection and if you need something can't find it ask friendly face can I help you. If item not their they will bring it in for you. Going that extra step to appreciate you the customer. Yes I recommend the Fairhope Store because I feel I am visiting family each time I shop.

They’ve got great deals and plenty of your holiday favorites. We love the Santa’s White Christmas coffee and ice cream. Also LOVE the Belvita Gingerbread.

There very friendly & helpful. Love coming to this store. I do request, that they sell more of my cat's food..(Sheba-delacate Salmon Entree), Pate. They were out of this kind. But will not stop shopping. Th vegtables are so beautiful arrange & so clean. Thank you.

Got our flu shots. They were fast and oh so nice. Great job Publix at the village in Fairhope.

I always go to the bakery here for my cakes and I was in the hospital and the next day was my sons bday AND 4th of July. I called the bakery in a panic and the woman who answered had a cake (Chantilly and holy cow....YUM!), candles and everything ready to go for me. I ALWAYS use Publix bakery! In fact, used them 28yrs ago for my wedding cake.

Great weekly deals, always the best atmosphere for grocery shopping.
