Every time I need repairs or maintenance done on my vehicle, Jerry's has been very accommodating, timely, honest, fair priced and allowed me use of a loaner vehicle. I have been very happy with all of their work and customer service.

This was the 5th time I bought maverick menthol smokes from there. And the 5th time they were stale. I don't think I'll be going back. At least for smokes.

Place is a total rip off. 1st visit with him I dropped my truck off and let me know what was going on. Called a day later telling me the truck was ready and replaced the water pump for a few 100 and never even gave me a chance to hear the price.

2nd visit my truck was shaking violently. He said he found the issue, 300 dollars later truck was still shaking down the highway. I took it to another auto repair in beaver dam and it took him 1 minute to diagnose the real issue for half the price.

Never returning to this guy at Jerry's. His quality has severely dipped over the years and prices increased.

Had my truck in for exhaust work, was told parts were not available and he would have to fabricate the tail pipe. Parts were available when looked up on Google just not from his supplier, his estimate 600 +, had the entire exhaust replaced at Vic's in Horicon for less than 400. Never again Jerry.
