My husband and I closed on and ordered our new Clayton home today. We had been to numerous home centers and came back to Clayton Homes of Lancaster, SC.
Brandon is an awesome guy! He knows his stuff and if there’s anything he’s not sure about, he gets you an answer. He has kept in touch with us from day one and answers anything we have questions about. I recommend Brandon to everyone who wants a new home. He makes it happen! I definitely give him 10 stars!!
Today, we also met Teresa. Let me tell you, she is upfront and honest. She makes things happen. She is on top of her game. I felt like I had known her forever. She and Brandon make a good team and leave you with no regrets!

My husband and I recently just closed on our home at Clayton Homes in Lancaster. We had the pleasure of working with Luke Hamrick, who absolutely made the entire process seamless for us (Shout to you LUKEEE)! Luke always followed up with us, gave us many options, and made sure the things that were important to us were included in our home. I highly recommend this location! Everyone is super nice and helpful. Kudos to Luke and his manager for such an awesome experience, thank you guys so much!!!

This was a multiple year process in the making but Nick and Teresa was able to make it happen. I am so happy with the home we chose and such a great deal on it. If only I could have done this when the mortgage rates weren’t so bad this would be like a an added bonus. The home is a little different than the original we looked at months ago but definitely in our benefit. Nick was there through the whole process of getting the documents for the loan and getting the old home moved out. Teresa did a wonderful job and they both did a miracle work of getting us in the home by our Christmas target date. Definitely plenty of time for the baby to get here. If you want a great home at a cheaper but still just as good as a regular built home definitely go to Clayton in Lancaster and speak with Nick. Ps I love my extra deep tub and the island in the kitchen. If I have to say anything negative would be the having most contact by text but it still got things done…I’m just a voice person when coming to getting info :)

By far the best place to purchase your forever home. I have been working with Nick Barrett and he is so wonderful. Very patient and so understanding. I could not ask for a better sales consultant to help me with this journey. 5 stars from me Lancaster Clayton Homes you guys rock. ✨

Simply Put Andrea worked with me and My Husband and got us in the Beautiful Home we truly wanted. Not something we would have to settle for due to finances. My husband and I went over to Clayton homes in Lancaster SC looking to find our perfect home and upon talking to Brandon and Andrea we were given a key and full range of all the homes available, and were told to take all the time we needed. After we found our home Brandon took us in his office and really took the time to go through everything we needed to know. He was so helpful with everything, and reassured us that we could reach out with any questions and concerns at any time. Well he really meant that. I have called PLENTY of times with a lot of questions and he has answered with an reassurance of “no problem, let me see what I can find out for you”, Even when I think I’m a bother he reassures us both that whatever we need he is always here for us. There were a set of men working on our steps and porches and they are so sweet and amazing. Today was the last day that they are going to be here and we are honestly going to miss them. Even in the rain they were working just to make sure we could move in as soon as possible. Andy was a guy who came to work, at his Clayton home’s location and saw that our house had been delivered to their lot and got so excited that he hooked it up himself and brought it straight to our land. He even brings a couple very chill dogs to work with him so my children were very thrilled to see these sweet pups who “worked” alongside with him the entire time. This entire experience was amazing and this whole team is amazing, Andrea, Brandon, Andy, the guys who come out and worked on our amazing home, and everyone who worked to make our dream home come true. I would highly recommend going to Clayton homes in Lancaster because they are knowledgeable, understanding, and ready to help or solve anything you throw their way. If I could give 1000 stars I most definitely would! You guys are beyond amazing!

Loved "touring" the beautiful homes. The salesman Luke was very kind and patient. Definitely considering a purchase!

Clayton Home Lancaster is amazing! The team here is welcoming, hardworking and knowledgeable. They made what was a nightmare process (dealing with the Clayton in Rock Hill) and turned it into a smooth, happy and exciting time for my husband and I. I would recommend everyone to them. I cannot express enough how thankful we are to have found them and what a breath of fresh air it has been. We dealt with Andrea and Parisa and they worked really hard to make sure we not only closed in time but also to make sure this time was fun and not stressful. They were honest and communicated regularly throughout the process keeping us informed. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. They made our dream come true.
