Crossroads Self Storage

While the storage was in need of upgrades for security ( which was addressed), the Manager Rikky could not have been more professional. He listened to my concerns and had an answer on them immediately. He is a true asset in a time when that may be difficult to find. He made the difference in a positive, or negative experience. I was in my unit for over a year. I would consider renting again, due to his assistance and willingness to help.

I was impressed when we drove up and saw that the property is gated, clean and monitored 24 hours a day. We also like the location. The lady who drew up the rental agreement was very friendly and thorough. We checked the prices on several units and this one had the lowest rates.

Great storage unit. Really good value. Very secure and the cinder block walls help keep things cool inside. Megan, who helped us get our contract done, was very friendly, informative, and helpful.

The girl that helped me was quick and explained all my options thoroughly. I was sure there would be some trick to ending the lease so that I didn’t get charged for time I wasn’t there but there isn’t. Just make sure your stuff is gone and let them know. Very easy and nice to do business with.

I was looking for an affordable storage unit and this was the best deal I could find. Their pricing cannot be beat. Megan was very helpful and allowed me to extend my reservation past my original move in date. I like that it is fenced in also.

I would definitely recommend this place. They have great prices, gated facilities and great customer service. Am very happy I chose them.

Employee was very nice, went out of her way to meet us and although we were late she still waited on us..storages seem nice well maintained..
