We have bought two appliances here and it's been a great experience each time. Prices are good. Installation is always professional. You may have to time it right to get exactly what you're looking for, but it's well worth it to get quality appliances at a great value. We bought a refrigerator there a few years ago and recently got a $3000 gas range for $1400. We will be back!

Dave was an awesome sales rep. I told him what me and my family needed and he guided us to the perfect washer. He was so kind and was a perfect example of what a professional customer service should be. I will be honest this was the best buy/shopping experience I've had. Loved they were open on the weekend not just Saturday but Sunday too. The sales rep, she was very attentive and helped us find EXACTLY what we needed, and the ding didn’t even show once installed our new built in oven. We felt like we got such great service and a fair price. Especially in this economy.

Cherish was the sales associate who greeted me and provided answers to my questions, then gave me time to brows the store while i weighed options, no pressure, she informed and provided options and let me know she would be available when I made a decision. She knows appliances and is far more knowledgeable than only sales. Great service, they were busy, but didnt have long weight the guys at loading dock quickly loaded the dryer in to the bed of my truck and I was on my way home.

The staff at Hahn were super helpful, and I got a great price on my washer and dryer. The purchasing process was quick and efficient. I would definitely shop there again.

Always a large selection with great prices. In the past I have shopped around and ended up back at Hahn, so this time I went directly to Hahn and they had the perfect deep freezer at an excellent price. Thirty minutes later we were driving home with our new freezer.

We were in need of getting our top loading washer diagnosed as it wasn’t working properly. Tech came out and did a quick diagnostic and helped us realize the cost to fix it would be more than it would be to buy a new unit. Technician was friendly and very helpful.

When an issue on price was discussed, owner resolved issue and communicated quickly and efficiently. I would 100% recommend this business to anyone who needs their appliances serviced.

My stove that I had was 21 years old. It had served me well. It just was time to retire it.
I drove all over Tulsa to used and new appliance stores. I was most impressed with Hahn Outlet. The salesperson who helped me was Cherish. She is cordial, professional but also made me feel relaxed. She came across like a very caring dedicated person. I told her my interest and my need. We discussed two different brands that I wanted. I chose at very nice GE Stove. I told her what I could pay and she went to talk to her boss he accepted my offer.
Everything went so smooth and easy and I am sure it was because of Cherish and her skills to close a deal.
I recommend her highly!

We got our dishwasher at the outlet center. I was hoping for a scratch and dent piece, but ended up with an overstock. So no blemishes at all. And it was delivered Monday after we purchased on Friday. Everything went great. Technician Pablo who installed it finished in about 20 minutes. Amazing!

It took longer to swipe my card than the while entire process. Within 2 minutes of being in the store Tyler and I both knew which freezer I wanted. He answered my questions without hesitation and within 2 minutes I was checking out. So pleased with how this went I guess I am gonna get a refrigerator also. See y'all soon. Thanks Tyler!

Very pleasant experience. The staff was very helpful. I appreciate them working with me on prices. If anything, the first appliance they loaded up for me was damaged. They did switch out for an undamaged unit.

I bought a washer for my granddaughter. At a good price. Sales lady that worked with us was great. Would recommend this store.

Our washer went out and we needed a new one ASAP we went to Hahn to get one and showed up with the exact model number for the one we had seen online and wanted, we confirmed it in store and confirmed it was an impeller model and it was loaded in our vehicle and we brought it home and hooked it up to start a load..as soon as we opened it we realized they had sold us the wrong unit. The one we were given has an agitator which we didn’t want and so we called the store to inform them of the issue and the GM Tyler was very helpful, it is a Friday and they have no deliveries available until Tuesday and we informed him that will not work because we cannot take off work so we asked about weekends and he scheduled us for next Saturday and told us to feel free to use the washer we picked up that was the incorrect model and that Saturday they would pick it up, and install the new correct one at no charge, as well as eat the difference between the model we ordered and the model we were sold which was about a $75 difference due to the inconvenience. This is amazing customer service and they just earned a customer for life I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an appliance they are very fair on price and they proved today that they are willing to do what it takes to fix any issue you run into. A++ you guys are amazing.

I needed a new dishwasher do I shopped online. I found exactly what I wanted on Haun Outlet. When went in to make my purchase I found that the chosen model was not in stock. The sales person was helpful in showing me the "in stock" models (with no pressure to purchase) and was told that the model I wanted could possibly be ordered. A quick inventory check on the computer confirmed it was in stock at the supplier. Estimated delivery to Haun would be 2 to 4 weeks. The time frame was fine with me. My old washer still works with allows me to get exactly what wanted.
