I took the wife here to kill some time, and she likes the drinks they serve. We were treated very well, and they even packaged up some used grounds for my compost. They went out of their way to make sure our visit was top rate. Thanks!

Sunday morning. Drive through. Sometimes it is very busy but the folks inside do a good job of keeping the line moving. They are friendly. I asked for something often seen inside next to the cash register--a bag of fruit and nuts. She took a moment to take a look and, yes, they had them.

Love their Vanilla Bean Frappe they are very good. The people are very nice to you.

I believe they were shorthanded but still very courteous and made my drink perfectly.

This is one of the best Starbucks in Jonesboro! Parking and getting in/out is always a hassle unless you go early but the employees here are amazing and everything I’ve had here has been spot on.

I go to this location almost every morning! Obviously I started going for the coffee but Melissa, Kimi, and Shelby make my day anytime I go! I work from home and getting going in the morning can be hard. On the days I need a pick me up I go get a coffee and leavingileave feeling like they’ve set the tone for a good day and I always leave with a smile. Thank you guys. 💗

Awesome staff. Great coffee. Order ahead in the app and skip the drive thru! This location does stay pretty busy. But, surprisingly easy to enter and exit this location.

It’s my birthday and here at this Starbucks with my grandma and this barista was this young man Andrew was so kind to help us with my drink and it was a little bit complicated but he figured it out and made my day.!!!!

I never really leave reviews, but the staff at this Starbucks are always so helpful, positive and polite that I had to leave one. The woman, Carrie, who works the drive thru window is always so friendly and makes my day! I wish I knew the names of the other male and female worker who I usually speak to at the order box, they are so upbeat and friendly as well! Love going here in the mornings on my way to work!

Listen, we all know how hectic and busy mornings are, but the fact that this staff knows your name, order, face, car, etc., makes EVERY MORNING for me an awesome way to start my day. Carrie and Melissa are FABULOUS!!! They’re who I look forward to greet and meet with me in the morning. Love everyone else’s positive attitude and great customer service! 👍🏽😊🥰😍

This is one of my preferred Starbucks to visit. It's a comfortable and friendly environment. The place is always clean and items are always in stock. The staff are extremely kind and always willing to assist their customers. I really loved their hot coffee with hazelnut when stopping by. I would definitely recommend anyone to stop by!

I have never before had such a great drive thru experience. The young lady who helped me was just the sweetest and most helpful. I was glad it wasn't busy because I talked her ear off. Hope she sees this. Much love dear.

Food is always warmed just right and drinks are pretty much always spot on. I will say that if you don't want whipped cream to say it again at yhe window when you get up to it.

My experience here was awesome.
I got here at 1 and nobody was here and I asked for a iced cappuccino but was recommended the coffee blend Frappuccino which was spectacular! I was informed that cappuccinos were only just expresso and milk. I got the most bang for my buck on this meal. I liked one girl that served me.
