Just started using simply self storage this month & it was an easy process, fair pricing, & SUPER CLEAN! They have heated garages to pull in & unload your stuff. Several carts to help you with the heavy objects. The staff was very friendly & helpful! Happy to do business here.

This place is clean and very professional. I had the pleasure of working with a young lady I just wanted to take a moment to give her a well-deserved shout-out. She is an absolute asset to the team and goes above and beyond in her work. If you need a good, cost effective storage unit, this is the place to go to. Highly recommend.

Super clean storage units and reasonable pricing! The staff here were very helpful and polite I felt very accommodated whenever I’d have a question or concern. Also very spacious plus really good security I trusted lots of valuable things here I’m very pleased with the comfort of leaving my belongings here!

I'm a first time storage renter and this place is very nice, well kept and clean.
I called about pricing on certain storage and Lana called me back helping me decided which storage room size I can come look. When my boyfriend and I first got there she was very nice, friendly and upbeat. She showed us around how to get in and out, where the bathrooms were and where the storage rooms that was available was located.
After deciding which storage we should go with, Lana did our paperworks fast and easy. She was able to answer our questions and gave us answers to other questions we forgot to ask along the way.
Lana is a informative and very forthcoming person. I'm happy I got myself a storage room at Simply Self Storage. This place is very secure and the staffs are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to family and friends if they are in need of storage space for their items.

Lana is a wonderful property manager. She is very friendly with her customers! She takes the time to talk to her customers and makes sure they are getting what they want or need, and she explains everything until it is understood! I am definitely glad that I picked this storage facility and this location for my belongings! :)

Lana Rodriguez,Was a absolutely huge help in my storage needs, helped me find the accurate size storage area that fit my needs to a "T". Refreshing to find someone in management that cares about customer needs and goes out of her way to fill them. Her facility was very clean and the grounds were impeccable. I wrote this review when I first moved into the unit five years ago. I would like to add on to this. Mitch has really gone above and beyond.

This was my first time renting a storage unit. This was the first and last place I looked at. The facility is extremely clean and still looks and smells new. It is very well lit and secure. The manager, Lana, is very friendly and informative. She answered all of my questions and gave me a tour of the facility. She is also very prompt at getting back to me when/if I have questions. I just used their moving truck this last weekend and was very impressed on how easy the process was from start to finish. I would highly recommend this facility!

This was my first experience with a storage unit. The process was extremely easy. I reserved my unit online and then checked in with Lana when I got there. She even switched my unit for me so that I would be closer to the door and it would be easier to unload. Lana was very helpful and personable. She gave me a tour of the location and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Wish I would have found this storage facility sooner! Not only is it clean but the staff are wonderful! I recently moved in and from start to finish it was a breeze. Lana was a great and made sure I had all of the information I needed. The facility itself is large, clean and well kept (did I mention that they not only sell boxes but have everything you need for moving and storing). Not to mention this facility beats competitor prices and is way nicer. I love that it is climate controlled and I that the building is secured. I would highly recommend this storage facility for your next move or to just store some items!

We recently decided to switch storage companies. The customer service here was stellar beginning to end. I worked with Ty over the phone and in person and he was great. The facility is well lit and very clean. Their rates are competitive but it’s really the customer service and facility that sets them apart from the competition. Five Stars! I highly recommend.

We actually bumped into Simply Storage because the competitor hung up a 'be back in one hour' sign on its door. When we came up on Simply Storage we liked how clean the site was. Lana who was juggling 3 customers, made sure all three couples were acknowledged and welcomed. We could tell that she had to be the manager due to the way she made us feel valuable and she was looking forward to getting to each of us. Within moments of our turn she was able to provide several options that would suit our need with no pressure to upsell. We needed to come back the next day for a bigger unit she was happy to accommodate any changes that would help fit our needs. Before we left we felt confident that we're able to get around the facility easily because she made sure we could. We love this site. They have garage like areas to pull into which are clean and carts to use. We are using a POD and we feel confident that our movers will have what they need. Thank you Lana. I've already gave out your facility business cards. Great location off the 94.

I went there late today to rent a new unit. Lana was fantastic!! The facilities are amazing - very bright, clean, well kept. The rates are considerably better than another storage unit I'm using, so I am moving out of there. Then to add the cherry on top, they let you use their moving truck - free for three hours for a new renter, then *very* reasonable rates any other time. I wish I had moved my stuff here sooner!! Thank you, Lana!!

Lana was front and center in helping us with our needs, She also had the foresight to see we needed more space than we could see and found a another unit and great location. We stopped by because the competitor up the road had a sign on their door out to lunch and thank heavens. Simply Storage is new, clean with helpful friendly people and that always comes from the top... down. Even now that we've bought our house we continue to share with friends and family how Lana at simply storage is the best place in Woodbury.

Lana is an absolutely AMAZING manager!! I came on Sunday with my U-Haul and friends, and because of my particular circumstance she got us in and set up right away in a covered bay. You went above and beyond your duties and I appreciate everything you did for us! The facility is beautiful and clean!
