We had the best service in both sales and finance at Klaben Chrysler. Chris answered all my questions about the car we bought right away, set up an appointment, and gave us plenty of time to look over the car.
Greg our finance guy set us up with a very fair financial package that was much better than current market interest rates.
Every employee in the dealership that we encountered was friendly, and welcoming.
This was one of the best car buying experiences that we have had. I would buy from them again and again.

Extremely happy Jimmy gave me a coupon to give Klaben a second chance! Melissa and the service technician who noticed that my tires needed to be replaced now were both amazing! They didn’t even realize I was iffy on coming back and that this service trip was supposed to be free for me. They went above and beyond with amazing customer service! Proving to me that my previous experience with a customer service representative was a fluke. While waiting on my vehicle Melissa sent me a message that the service tech found a problem with my tires that needed addressed now instead of waiting, they took the time to take me to the shop and show me and made me feel very good about a very big unexpected purchase. When I was walking into the dealership I was approached by David Chang. We told him we were generally looking for but we weren’t 100% on the color or trim at first. He took us around the lot walking around and test, did some test drives. He has a lot of patients and is very funny. When it comes to car buying he makes sure that he puts you first and is satisfied with what you are looking for and tries to make sure a deal can happen! My wife and I are very happy!

Tim Beane was instrumental in navigating the approval process, while Brian in finance meticulously explained all the paperwork. Jeremiah’s attention to detail in cleaning my truck to showroom quality was the icing on the cake. Throughout the entire experience, I felt valued and respected, never once judged or demeaned.

Thanks to Shi and the exceptional team at Klaben, I not only drove away in the exact truck I wanted but also secured a 100,000-mile warranty. Their exemplary service has earned my loyalty for life, even if I were to move out of the country.

In May 2024 we worked with sales representative David Chang at the Klaben Jeep dealership in Kent, Ohio. David was very professional, knowledgeable and offered constructive suggestions without being pushy. The other members (manager and finance team) were the same. The dealership has a professional atmosphere and was not the greasy experience associated with some other dealerships. Instead of shopping around next time we will probably just come back to Klaben in Kent, ask for David and work with him again. Their offer was better than every other dealership we visited and even if it was the same or a bit more working with professionals is worth a little extra money.

Came for a test drive on Tuesday and Casey stayed late for me. Came back on Friday to discuss pricing, and yet again stayed late to make this happen. I bought my first jeep at Klaben and will continue to buy them here. The process has been seamless, was able to get an AWESOME deal, and now have a brand new 4xe a Grand Cherokee! The best part of this all? I still have to work, and he’s delivering it to me fully charged, freshly washed, and ready for me to go. This is a dealership I really don’t mind going to, and look forward to car shopping with. Exclusively Klaben for all of my Jeep needs and I highly recommend a visit, even if you’re not sure what you might want.

I was looking for a certified pre-owned Jeep Wrangler for my wife. Klaben Jeep had the best price on Autotrader, so I reached out to them. They worked tirelessly with me to come to an agreement on pricing and other concerns I had. When we picked it up, we ended up experiencing an issue with the radio after we headed away from the dealership. They had us come right back, gave us a loaner vehicle to get home with and then brought the vehicle back to us when the radio was fixed. Klaben Jeep is clearly committed to complete customer satisfaction and I intend to buy my next Jeep from them, even though it is a 3.5 hour drive. Well done!

Everyone at Klaben was very helpful and were able to get me into the car I wanted to have. The finance woman was very nice and explained those daunting papers in a way for a real person to understand. Dmitri was very helpful and got me into the vehicle I wanted from the start. Despite some hiccups with the bank for the loan payments, everything ended at the price I wanted. Overall very happy with my experience and time spent at Klaben.

I would like to take the chance to thank the owners and management of Klaben Chrysler,Jeep. You know the old saying if it looks too good to be true, it probably is. I am very fortunate to say that was not true for me when dealing with a wonderful salesman Casey Shaw with Klaben.
I had been viewing the website looking for something that would work for my husband for a back and forth to work vehicle. Of course everything seemed very pricey as they are these days. I came across an advertised 2024 Jeep Compass with a HUGE discount ! Questioning how this could be, I contacted Casey Shaw. I asked him if the vehicle was still available.(The Vin and stock number were on the ad) He indicated it was. I then forwarded him the screenshot from the website. Of course to his amazement he was shocked and said he would contact me back once he spoke with the management team. After speaking to his management team he indicated that the price was a fat finger error and that the vehicle was quite a bit more money( thousands of $ more) than advertised. His manager first indicated that they would try to work with us giving us a couple thousand off but, not sounding as though they were going to honor the price. It left me feeling like that was the end of the story. However, I pressed on an indicated that their advertising had been on the site for three days and if it was an error it should have been caught before then. Of course, now I am feeling like it was a bait and switch.
I know this made Casey the middle guy. None of the pricing was his error but now he had his management and I,his customer starting to make a stand and someone was going to be disappointed. He did indicate to them my concerns and to my surprise without any additional resistance they agreed the mistake was theirs and they would honor their pricing. Buying a car is not something that is enjoyable for most of us. You're spending a lot of money you're having to negotiate and you feel like you have to put on your armor and spend all day. To my pleasure, I spent zero time at the dealership. Casey brought me the car to test drive and took the information he needed . ( Not needing to have financing I am sure helped this along). But he was prepared to do that paperwork if I needed to. He contacted me with the total amount due. I got a cashier's check. They got my husband's car ready and he Casey even delivered it to our door same day.
I know that a lot of companies would have pushed way harder and possibly denied honoring their advertised price, however the customers are valued more at the Klaben Auto Group. I hope the owners of this dealership are able to read review and are proud of the reputable business practices their management team adhear too. And also know they hired a very professional ,honest, hard-working guy in Casey Shaw.
