This is the only Wendy's I will visit when I'm in the area. Great staff. Food is fresh or they will make it fresh without hesitation. Highly recommend this location.

This is my favorite place for a quick bite when I visit family in Bluffton. The staff is always so friendly and quick. The food is top quality and always correct.

I wanted to give a huge shout out !!! because every time I go through the drive-thru, this young lady Is so helpful…Her name is Aaliyah and she does go above and beyond and my food is always correct. I have to say I haven’t had a messed up order every time she is in Drive-thru..:…Everything I order is just the way I ordered it, she’s very professional she smiles, she says thank you and she asks if there’s anything else that she can help me with and tells me to have a pleasant evening. I really don’t see many young people that give you the time of day, . Good workers need to be praised for the great job they are doing.

Amazing job compared to what I have recently experienced with fast food restaurants. Employees were happy even though it was extremely busy, and I was actually given the correct order! This is probably the first time my order was correct at this location in years.

One thing you can’t fake or hide his love. My son-in-law came through the drive-through today and we were having a bad day. The two young ladies that helped us went out of their way to take care of me and my son and even give A toy and we didn’t order a kids mailal. Food was great but the service was outstanding. Definitely recommend

Fast food in Bluffton is very hit or miss (mostly miss) but this Wendy's, which is close to my home, has been spot on every time. The workers are friendly and happy to see my tiny pup and the food is always hot & fresh!

Im a regular for breakfast here an the morning crew here seriously deserves a medal, a raise, and a vacation. Theyre always 100% on point. The only time iv had issues at this store is during midshift grabbing my dinner but even then it was nothing more than an honest human error that was taken care of immediately with haste. As former J.I.B. Assistant Manager and Subway Store manager i seriously appreciate how hard you guys consistently conitnue to work at this store. Its seriously impressive.

Only did the drive trough but whoever was on the speakerbox was super pleasant to talk to. That car in front of me apparently had ordered food for 20 so rather than make me wait they gave me my food through the first window. Would recommend to others.

I was having a really bad day today so I went to get a frosty and fries, the lady that took my order at 2:05 (idk her name) was so kind and sweet it made my whole day better, also my fries were yummy so over all great experience<3

You know your local Wendy's is good when they get done with you after you stand out the car window to look at their menu.

Super friendly and super fast

Super Fast service!!! My food order was ready before I finished filling up my drink cup!!! The young lady behind the counter was very friendly.

Very nice and clean restaurant. Food was also good and staff seemed very friendly. Weird that the sign is different here but it's also hilton law to change the colors to earth tones.

Service in drive thru was fast and friendly and all our special order items were correct!

Always a line here but I love the strawberry lemonade tasty with spicy chicken sandwich yumm well worth the on a not in a hurry day.

The food is great! Always cooked fresh and warm. Fast service. Put more salt on your fries though! :)
