Diamond Pure Water Filtration

Our current water filter/softener system had a broken part (edit: kids broke it) and replacing that part would be almost the same as a brand new system. So we started shopping around. Yes, I did a LOT of research before deciding on Diamond Pure Water. If you're in the market for a new softener, just save yourself some time and go with Diamond Pure.

Here's why:
1) They are very organized and Mike is not pushy at all. He listens to the customer and recommends a system based on what the customer's household and water needs. He is upfront regarding price, maintenance requirements, and warranty. (ALWAYS go with a company with good warranty).

2) 100% catalytic carbon. Very few companies offer this option at an affordable price. Many will do combo, like 1/2 and 1/2. But Diamond Pure offers 100%.

3) Offers filter and softener as 2 stand alone units with digital valve displays. Just look at my pics and see this beauty. Looks like I spent $10K on this system.

4) My appointment was between 11am to 1pm and Ray arrived promptly at 11:15am. Finished taking out the old system and installed the new system before 2pm. Ray explained everything about how my system worked. Also communicated with me when I can and can't use water while we were in the house. It was the easiest install experience ever.

5) Accepts credit card and other financing options. I was completely sold when Mike offered me these choices. Our old system went down right around the holidays. Just when we had the biggest expenses with the kids and pets. So I was so thankful he offered us financing options. Otherwise we would have to wait until 2024 to install the system. But we didn't have to wait with Diamond Pure, we got ours installed the same week and now no more issues with eczema and chlorine smelling water.

I did a blind water taste test with the kids and they immediately tasted the difference between tap water and Diamond Pure Water. Even our dog and rabbits didn't like the water in their bowl when we had to resort to tap water.

You're probably asking why we didn't go with our original company. Simple, it's the new technology offered by Diamond Pure and the price they offered it at. The old company couldn't beat it. Again, always do your own research, but I would give Diamond Pure 6 stars if I could.

I called several companies to give us estimates for an under the sink filter for our drinking water. This company was very professional and prompt! Oscar came out to our home shortly after the initial call gave us a quote that was very competitive compared to all the companies I called and requested. We went ahead and scheduled for the under the sink. Josh was very friendly and polite. He came an hour early as they scheduled him incorrectly but he waited as I went to drop off my daughter for school. He did the work very professionally and quickly. My family and I are very happy with our system and looking forward to installing for the whole house soon!

Cannot recommend this company enough. Local, friendly, and attentive. We set up the system two years ago and today was the second time they performed the annual filter exchange. The gentleman arrived right on time at the beginning of the 3-hour window, and was very professional overall. Got the whole job done within 10 minutes. The company also sends out reminder when it’s closer to the exchange date. Definitely will be their loyal customer for many years to come.

Love our new system! Water tastes so much better and the smell that had been filtering through the house is gone! Mike and his team are great. There are plant of companies promising clean, filter water. The prpduct is great, but the team is amazing. Prices were fair and they were amazing professionals when they installed everything. Glad I chose Diamond Pure.
