I interviewed a few agents when I was preparing to go on Medicare last year. Chris was wonderful about asking questions to help determine what plans I should consider and explaining all of my options. When I decided on a plan, I was very comfortable that I had made the best decision for myself. During open enrollment he re-evaluated my plans (supplement and part D). At that time, I also had him review my husband's plans. He helped us decide that the supplement my husband had obtained some years ago remained the best option for him (which meant staying with another agent for that) but helped find a part D plan that was better for him. He also writes a very enjoyable newsletter!!

Chris & Angie are TERRIFIC !!! They made the process of changing our Medicare Supplement Plan G very easy & understandable. The process used by Chris was very PROFESSIONAL! It only took 1 meeting to clearly explain all our options, and a very short 2 days to get our applications thru underwriting and approved by the insurance company. Very informative. Strives to make you feel at ease & assists with selecting the best options for your particular situation when it comes to choosing which insurance coverage will be the most beneficial. Isn't pushy but does well with follow-up.
