I had a good experience with Kassy, such a great worker and good customer service. She helped me with changing my phone agency and was telling me everything about the changes and what Metro had to offer me as a new client with them. Now me my wife and in law are happy with our phone service so far. Thank you Kassy and keep doing what you do to make your customers happy!

Everyone here are so friendly and helpful. I have business phone with them and they got me a good price to get this new phone! Transferred everything for me and even helped me get my fb password! Ive never been places like this store - who cares about their customers and make sure they leave happy. I am super happy with their service! Thank you!

Customer service is a 10/10 had a girl named Joceline help me fix my phone and she explained everything very nicely and took her decent time. Employees are very nice and helpful. 100% recommend coming here!

I went in this location looking for a good phone and I was able to find one thanks to the workers they are super helpful and friendly. If you are looking at changing your phone service or for a new phone I really recommend this location. I give them a 5 start. Very respectful workers.

I came in last week, and they had this very polite girl at Metro, Kassandra, who helped me out big time with my phone troubles. She knew her stuff and took the time to listen to my problems. She figured out what was wrong and explained it in a way that I could understand. She was super friendly and really went out of her way to make sure I was happy. I can't thank her enough for fixing my phone and making the whole experience great. Metro by T-Mobile is lucky to have her on their team!
