You see that? That’s a picture perfect freaking subway sandwich. I can’t remember the name of the person that made it, but they’re appreciated 👍🏼🔥

This location has a drive up window. I’ve tried it 3 times since it opened the first time the wind was so strong it wasn’t worth the hassle so I went inside. The second time it was out of order. The third time it finally went through but since this location does not have a intercom system where you can talk to a live person to order you have to manually type in your order on a touchscreen I was sitting at the window for several minutes without anyone coming to take my payment. Finally someone came up and apologize that there’s no notification bell when the order has gone through so me and the person behind me had not had their order started after a pretty long wait. I was clearly irritated so the gentleman did apologize and offered me a discount which actually ended up Only being $.50 off my total purchase. I asked for a free bag of chips which they did give me but they had to check with the manager first. Since my first one star review I’ve gone ahead and decided to just go inside for my sandwiches and it’s been a five-star experience. I don’t think I’ll use the drive-through at this location but the staff here is friendlier than in the past and I’m glad I gave them another chance.

Amazing experience! 3 guys were working and it was 9 pm. Walked in with my daughters who had just flown in and we're starving. They were super helpful and talked to my daughters about what they wanted not me asking them. 10 out of 10 if I lived there I would go back regularly!

On our way back from Madrid to Des Moines, we took a quick stop for lunch at Subway. And, after completing our lunch, we felt that we had made the right choice to stop at this specific Subway.
Since, we are pure vegetarians, and being allergic to meat or beef or turkey, even before we started mentioning this to Crystal, she read our minds, and she immediately washed her hands clean and changed the hand gloves, before catering to us, which came across very professional and customer friendly. We ordered Foot Long - Veggie Delites for our family. She paid great attention to all our minute details on the choice of the ingredients, and made sure that we got served with the best sub, the way we had desired. And she did all this with a sweet smile on her face, without grumbling, or, showing any frustration.

Kudos to Crystal ! There are no second thoughts that if we ever had to re-visit this stores again, it would be ONLY because of Crystal. Thank you Crystal ! Keep up this dedication and customer-friendly approach always !
The Stores was clean and spacious and with nice interiors. Easy access from the Freeway.

I visited the store on 06/28/2020, at 9:15 pm. Gentlemen by the names of Hunter and Evan were running the shop. Those guys had excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. Had the store fully operable, even 45 minutes before close. I was able to order 2 sandwiches and get everything I needed on them without hesitation.

Had some small talk with Hunter as well as Evan, and those guys know how to flex to a situation and provide an excellent customer experience even though it was so late. If these guys have not received a raise, then now is the for-sure time they do! Again, props to Hunter and Evan for killing it! I'll be back again for sure!

The people who work at and run this location are not just amazing, they are EXCEPTIONAL. So kind, so fast and they say thank you about a hundred times. It’s incredibly obvious they value their customer. They set the bar and let me say, it’s REALLY high! <3

Exactly what I’d expect from a subway! The customer service is top notch at the grimes location!

Fast friendly service! We were in and out in a few minutes. They were not busy when we stopped to grab a late lunch 2:30ish.

I went there at lunch time and it was super busy. I thought for sure that I'd have a hard time ordering seven sandwiches. The staff was great and had everything done perfect. Great job and great staff.

My took less than 10 minutes make , so in/out quick. Amazing customer service and job well done.

We just had an amazingly friendly experience at the Grimes Subway! The guys behind the counter were great - went above and beyond! And the sandwiches were the best ever :)

Excellent customer service. A very clean store with plenty of tables and menu options. On day one they were completely prepared for service.

Never have I ever disliked my sandwich. I've never had an order be messed up. The food always tastes and smells fresh.

Brand new. Only been open a short time. Employees are polite, efficient, friendly and following all the CDC rules. Very clean.

It was busy because it was noon, but they were friendly and quick, got the order right, and it tasted like it was supposed to. Can't ask for much more in a subway.

The two gentlemen working at 10AM 11/2/20 had GREAT customer service and were very nice!! They should be noticed for this!

I come here on a daily basis and never had bad service or bad food. The people are great!

As Subways go, it's a good location. The staff is above average, friendly and efficient. Convenient location just off Hwy 141.
