Charles was SO informative, kind and considerate. Immensely appreciated his positive professionalism. He handled my issue with care and ease. The store was pretty busy and even by himself he respectfully was very attentive to all guests!

We were in the store where only one person was working and he acknowledged us immediately and said would be with us soon. The thing that really impressed me was how he took care of the person he was working with giving her his full attention. And as soon as he could he started working with me and was very efficient and extremely knowledgeable so that made my selection for a new phone very easy. A total professional in every way, and there were other customers in the store and his friendly attitude kept us all in the store patiently waiting our turn and not minding one bit. Will definitely go back in the future and recommend to family and friends telling them to ask for Seth.

Great experience working with Landon at this store. I ordered my phone online earlier in the day, and was texted when my phone was ready. I went in, and was promptly greeted by Landon. Landon was extremely helpful and even though there was only one slight challenge with getting the phone, he resolved it very quickly. When I asked him if I could let his manager know how great he had treated me, he couldn't find any business cards, so he told me the best way I could let his manager know was " to tell 10 people about this store". In today's world of egomaniacs and idiots, Landon's humility, kindness, and customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Russell Cellular in Grimes.

I’ve been going to the store even when they were under previous management and I’ve always loved to go here. They always have the best staff and they always take the time to go through everything with you. When I went in today to get my iPhone 12 Pro Max I sat down with Clinton the manager and we went through everything and he got me the best deal possible which I have done some research on and I know I got a great deal. You got me through the set up and show me how to work some of the stuff I got everything downloaded. This is the place you want to go

Ryan at Verizon store in Grimes was super helpful! Setting up a new phone was a breeze and Judy was able to transfer our lines within minutes. Best experience at a cellular store I’ve had in a long time! Ryan was also very productive as he was able to help us start from finish within 30 mins and was able to help several other guest during the time as well. Outstanding job, kudos to great service!

The associates are knowledgeable, personable & helpful.

I bought a new phone off a friend and wasn't sure what I needed to do to get it switched over. The guys in the store were awesome, hooked me up with a new sim card and a wireless charger all in about 15 minutes, maybe 10. It was quick and painless!!! By far the best customer service experience I've had in a long time with a wireless retailer! Thanks guys!!!

I had some really bad experiences with my previous carrier..both in person and on the phone. Seth was great! Totally helpful..finding me the best deal and best phone and got me all set up.

I walked into the store to buy a new phone. I was greeted and helped in selecting a phone that fit my needs. They also offered to help me if I got home and couldn’t figure out how to transfer the info from my old phone to my new phone.

Both of the men had masks on and practiced proper social distancing.

We traded our iPhone 7 in on an XR today. Kyle was extremely helpful by bringing the new iPhone to our office. The upgrade was very efficient and painless. Overall, CellOnly did an excellent job for us and I would highly recommend trying them out when you are ready to upgrade your phone. Plus, we love the incredible Verizon coverage!

Brady did a stellar job correcting my issues with never receiving my sim card I ordered online, I went in to the Grimes location, he got my phone up and running quickly!!
