Starbucks

The staff is always super kind when I go through the drive thru. I usually ask what their favorite drinks are and end up ordering that. They haven't steered me wrong. They are always smiling and seems like they are having a good day.

I ordered in the app, and my drink was quickly made. My drink was handed to me by a friendly barista who addressed me by name. She had a pup cup ready for my partner in crime .

I don't know much beyond a pot, coffee and grounds, butt I just said what sounded good, a chocolate mocha with Carmel and whip cream " hot" and I've been stuck on that for a while now. And the employee's are so patient and kind. I highly recommend starbucks.

Employees here are always super friendly and have a smile on their faces. Also, sometimes they put cute lil drawings on the cups 🥰😍😍😍

So I'm currently pregnant and my treat to myself is always getting Starbucks coffee in the morning before work, well I went this morning and got up to pay and realized my debit card is nowhere to be found so I started panicking. I told the guy at the window that I'd have to pass on my drink because I can't seem to find my debit card and then drive away heartbroken and anxious because I have no clue where my card is....as I turn to leave I notice another Starbucks worker run out of the store and waving me down saying "Don't forget your drink!!" I explained to him that I couldn't find my card and he said "Don't worry about it, it's on the house today!"....here I am crying because that was the sweetest thing to ever happen especially after being sick all weekend dealing with pregnancy symptoms! The workers at this Starbucks always go above and beyond compared to all of the other Starbucks I've been to and I appreciate this kind gesture more than they will ever know 😭❤

We accidentally sent our online order to a different location and they completed the order no problem and were so sweet and understanding about it! Put faith back in humanity with this experience 😁

Kristy is absolutely amazing and will help you with whatever you need. Stop complaining about having too much ice or the coffee being burnt people. Get a grip, these employees are awesome for having to deal with the public! Will continue to come back 🤗

Newer location, roads into the shopping center are a little weird & Google maps hasn't figured it out yet.

I been coming here nearly every morning since the Grimes location opened and am always happy with the service. The staff is always friendly and my drink always done to my specifications. Highly recommend.

Grimes Starbucks is a daily stop and normally twice per day, 7 days per week. I love the relationships. When you go tell them Keith highly recommended them! We're family!

This location is the absolute best I've found. I LOVE the pumpkin cream cold brew! They're always so kind and the drinks are tasty.
